Chairs For Affairs made the rental process for our wedding as seamless as possible. They were very responsive with emails and requests on our order. Everyone was so pleasant and easy to work with during the already stressful time.
The drop off and pick up process was also very convenient. Make sure you check their website as it shows a pretty good selection on what they offer, but all the fun stuff is at the store!

Rented tall boy tables for a backyard event at my home. Friendly and helpful staff, lots of decor to pick from, and fair pricing. Pick up and drop off were very easy too!

I have used Chairs For Affairs twice and both times they were great to work with. I was even able to rent a wine barrel for a cowboy themed party! Quick email response, many options, good prices, easy pick up and return. Highly recommend.

I so appreciate Ash and the team accommodating my needs and timing while planning a surprise party that required very specific pick up and drop off timing. They turned around multiple quotes very quickly in the space of an hour until we landed on the one that worked best for my event. The warehouse staff were also helpful when I showed up alone and needed extra hands to load my truck. I have worked with Chairs for Affairs through the last two owners and it looks like the newest ones are keeping up the tradition of great service.

We had such a positive experience working with Chairs for Affairs for our Berkeley wedding linens, and we would highly recommend using them for your rentals.

To start, the team made the experience of visiting their showroom so fun. They let us try many different combinations of linens, flatware, etc. and made helpful suggestions - from colors/fabrics to appropriate sizing for various table types.

As we got further into the planning, Chairs for Affairs worked closely with our wedding planner to make sure we had all the right linens and quantities reserved. We were so grateful that they were able to work on this together directly given their expertise! Chairs for Affairs also coordinated well with our caterer for smooth pick-up/drop-off, one less thing for us to worry about as the bride and groom.

Finally, the linens looked great in our venue for our special day (and in all of the photos)! Thanks again!

We went to their showroom in September to order our needed supplies for Thanksgiving. We were having 20 people over and I wanted everything that I needed to be delivered to our home in El Cerrito. I believe Jessica helped us. She showed us a variety of chairs, plates, silverware, napkins, and glassware. She was very efficient and we were able to see the cost right then. Later I decided to add to 9 ft. tables; this was no problem. Everything was delivered the day before and picked up 2 days later. With all the preparation I had to do they really came through and put my mind at ease.

Amazing service and rental items. We loved the 3 deluxe roll top chafing dishes (gel was provided), the country table/chairs and the premium napkins and table runners. Everything was on time and perfect!!! And drop off / pick up was a breeze!
