I have been in about 4 times getting my screen protector replaced here. It is VERY expensive compared to just purchasing one online. It can be 30++ more here. I had it replaced 7/17/23 and when I went back in today to get the same service and I was told it was $43 instead of $33 a few weeks ago. Bella is the Assistant Manager: purchase online or just make sure you know the price before you check out.
That pricing is outrageous.

I came to Cellairis to get one of the lenses of my camera on my iPhone 12 Pro Max replaced. It was cracked from where I dropped it and did not have a protector over it. I found this place very convenient, because I could leave my phone while I shopped at Walmart. I worked with Mark, who gave me a very reasonable quote and estimated time frame. After signing some paperwork, he told me that it would take him about an hour and a half. I finished my shopping within 45 minutes and decided to go check in. Turns out, my phone was repaired and ready to go early than expected, which was so nice. Trust me, it feels so weird to not have your phone. Mark provided great customer service at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this place if you need repairs on your phone or any other electronic device.

I'd rather have a broken phone than use these guys again. My phone is now glitchy, random typing, screen not working, destroyed my phone.

So I broke my iPad pretty terribly and the thing wasn't workin at all. I called multiple locations and this Cellairis offered the cheapest pricing within 5 counties (yeah, I called a lot of stores). The dude fixed my screen in a day and the customer service was amazing, he was super kind and hella funny. 10/10 would come here again. Even though there's a couple of dried up glue on the sides you can easy just rub it off and it's like brand new. I also tested to see if my Apple Pencil works on the screen just in case there might've been an issue and there wasn't an issue, it was perfectly drawing as usual, maybe even a little better either way, come to this location for fast service and cheap prices, fr fr. I live in Buford and drove 35 minutes just cuz it was that good.

Worst service ever today. I went to get a case and there was only one employee. She catered to a well dressed customer for a service issue. She messed up the screen protector at least once and couldn't multitask. Asked me if I had been there before and I said yes but I won't be back. Local business but I won't wait 27 minutes to buy a simple case ever again. I have been there many times but this was my last.

Cellairis used to be a great company for repairs and cases. Not any more. Something has changed. I've been a customer for 5 years and purchased lots is stuff from them, including their cell phone case bundles with lifetime warranties. My last few visits have been entirely disappointing. Apparently they upsell cases to more expensive bundles. When you go back you are told it is necessary to pay for repairs or replacement. Time to take business somewhere else.

Cracked screen on the youngin's iPhone 6. Cellairus says they can fix it for $139. Two hours. Ok.

A couple of hours later the phone is fixed and we're on our way. Easy, if not a bit expensive.

There are two Cellairis stores very close together apparently. This one is in the strip shopping center along with Five Guys and Panda. The other store is apparently in Walmart in the parking lot adjacent to the strip center.

This store has lots of cases, protective and decorative, along with lots of accessories.

Customer service by Eddie was very helpful and professional.

AVOID THIS LOCATION !!!

I visited this store Sunday Aug 2 at approx 10:50am. To be specific, this is the store inside of the WalMart on Windward Parkway in Alpharetta, GA. Employee / technician was NOT WEARING A MASK. I stood away from the counter and told him that I needed a new battery for my iPad Pro. He had trouble hearing me (as I was wearing a mask). I pointed to my face and he pulled out a flimsy mask which he put on. AS HE WAS LOOKING SOMETHING UP IN THE STORE COMPUTER, HE PULLED HIS MASK DOWN, WET SNEEZED TWICE INTO HIS HANS THEN PULLED THE MASK BACK UP!!! I retrieved my iPad which was laying on the counter, staring at him in disbelief. He then asked to see my iPad , extending his freshly-sneezed-into-hand, no doubt still wet with whatever was in his nose. I said can you sanitize your hands please! I just saw you sneeze into your hands!!"

He then offers some ridiculous pricing to replace the battery, stating that the quote was so high because there was a huge chance that he could crack the screen while attempting to replace the battery.

As I was walking away, he asked, what price were you thinking about?"

Needless to say, I didn't give him my business not will I in the future.

If you even think of walking into this store at the Christiana Mall in DE - you need psychiatric help. I made this mistake and am looking for a doctor now. My daughter dropped her Moto Z4. The screen cracked and the very bottom of one corner of the phone case itself cracked.

I stupidly advised my daughter to go to this place because replacing the screen was $20 cheaper than the better place. first they promised the screen would be there on Tuesday. We called on Tuesday and now he was saying Thursday. I immediately asked for my money back and voo wa la all of a sudden they had one at the store. We took it in and he said it would take 30 minutes. he did say because of the crack in the case it may crack more by working on it. We said ok.

When we get back the case was destroyed. I am not sure how it held onto the phone at all. He did say it may crack more but wholly heck!!

We left with the screen working. About an hour later the screen went out and we could do nothing to get it on. Next day we took it back. He checked it and told us the screen was bleeding - whatever the heck that means. To me that means the part was defective. I argued it should be replaced for free since it was a defective part. They finally agreed. Then they told me they ordered it from Ebay and it would not be in for a week. I asked why they did not over night it. He said they refused to pay for it. I offered to pay and they said it was too late.

So I went in with a working phone with a cracked screen and a very small crack in the back. I left with a phone that did not work at all and the back was 100% cracked all over. Now I have shelled out double the money to get a working phone again.
