Good Bang For The Buck and Nice Service
Friendly Service and decent prices combines with the friendly Service I received from the woman at the desk make the Cedars Inn a spot I would return to.
They have a small pool to dip into that is supposed to be pretty deep. I didn't partake in the swimming though....
Just don't try to get an Uber with ease as it's not easy to get one in this area!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Aug 20, 2016
It was ok and decent for a 1 night stay. My room was upstairs and faced a cabin(?) and trees to the east which lent itself _some_ ambiance. The front desk point of contact lady was ok. The room wasn't too bad aside from a few black speckles on a pillow. That prompted me to just give the bed and pillows a once-over glance and pick the clean one(s).
Walking distance to some local dining and a friendly coffee shack, Mission Creek.
For visiting the County Fair down the road, 1 night was totally ok.Helpful 6Thanks 0Love this 5Oh no 0 - Daniel W.Crystal Mountain, WA9717Jan 9, 2013
4 stars for a 2 star hotel. Went boarding at Crystal Mountain and this was the perfect location for the price. Heater heated the room. Shower had water coming out of the shower head. The Zenith TV brought back fond memories of the 90s. Fridge kept my beer cold. I would stay here again for sure!

Clean hotel with great rates. The owner went above and beyond to ensure that our car and the items in it were kept safe. We couldn't be more impressed with the service of this hotel and would recommend it to anyone!
The rooms have hair dryers, a nice shower, a microwave and a flat screen tv. Everything you need for a quick stay! Thanks again, Cedars!!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jenna U.Bonney Lake, WA145443Nov 12, 2016
Nothing special to speak of but as far as hotels in Enumclaw go I'd say this one is probably the best one unfortunately.
Our first night we had the two connecting rooms which were fairly nice but are typically saved for special events which is what we had going on, one room has two queens and the other room has a king bed and a pull out sofa bed. We needed some extra pillows and an iron and both times we called the front desk it took well over 20 minutes for those things to be delivered.
Don't even get me started on how ridiculously difficult they made it when trying to book a room over the phone, every single time I called (which was at least 7 times) they'd put me on hold forever or tell me they were busy and would call me back and then not return my calls, finally my mom went in person to book a room and that was the only thing that worked.
The next night we just had a one bed room on the other side of the hotel, this other room had a tiny bed and smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was supposed to be a nonsmoking room, when we complained about the room we were told that nothing could be done, but we settled because of how tired we were.
The walls were also paper thin and the tv didn't have a lot of channels, the bathroom was gross too!
You get what you pay for I guess and I'm glad we didn't pay over $60 for our room!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - chris m.San Jose, CA014Oct 16, 2010First to Review
On our way up Mt. Rainier we popped a tire, moments later a crown fell off one of my teeth, and storm clouds converged to let loose early snow in October.
Our one silver lining was the King's Valu Inn which had a very friendly, helpful and flexible staff and more importantly as we stared down the prospect of buying new tires, very reasonable rates. For $50 + tax we were given a nice queen bed with a TV and a good wireless connection.
My only gripe... the spelling of Valu, but if you can see past that it's all good.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Niccolina R.Happy Valley, OR1124181Oct 16, 2015
Wonderful and accommodating staff, great size TV, A/C/heat, fridge, microwave and comfy enough beds. A tad dated but clean and cozy. It's honestly excellent for the money. I'm so glad we gave it a shot. We will stay here again.

Rooms don't look or feel very clean for $100/night, walls are thin, and whatever you do, DO NOT take the front desk's taxi recommendation (they have stacks of business cards for this guy named Shelby). Made the mistake of getting a couple rides from him, sketchiest person/driver I've ever experienced...and probably not licensed. Overall, would not go back.

Stayed two nights. Motel is ok. Clean room and I feel safe here. Needs an upgrade, especially the bathroom. Can hear neighboring room noise but it was all quiet after 10 pm.

Good service, clean rooms, pool. I liked the sliding glass door that led out into a grassy area. The proprietors went out of there way to help me after I lost my car keys at Mt Rainier.
