CD One Price Cleaners

Through the pandemic I've used CD One almost weekly for wash and fold services for my scrubs and clothing I wear to work. They are reliable and have accepted to take less weight than what is typically required for wash and fold services.

When asked I was told all wash and fold laundry is washed together meaning with others loads. Another location had told me wash and fold loads are done for one customer at a time so loads are not mixed. I would prefer mine be washed alone but this is the closest location to me.

Drop off and pick up is generally very quick. Small parking spots but easy to find a spot given people leave quickly.

I took 3 pieces here to get dry cleaned. They rejected one outright even though it said dry clean on the tag (they didn't like the material). The other two they accepted and said to come back the next day.

I arrived and they only cleaned one of the two pieces. They didn't like the faux leather patches on the shoulder so they refused to clean it. Instead of giving me my money back, they offered a credit on my account. Which who knows if I will actually see that.

I guess don't come here unless you have only normal men's collared shirts to clean because they probably will take your money without cleaning it.

I'll come back once more to attempt the credit but after that I'm done.

Avoid this place if you are a women! They wanted to charge the dry cleaning price for a flannel button-down shirt that I asked to be laundered. They said since it was a women's XL button front shirt (same style as a man's shirt) it could only be dry cleaned. I asked how it was any different than a man's shirt. The answer I was given is that "it is a woman's shirt". CD One Price advertises that cleaning men's and women's clothes are priced the same. Except at this location!

if I could give this place negative stars, I would this horrible experience started when I went to pick up a blazer I had given them to be dry cleaned. The blazer said it had to be dry cleaned. I went to pick up the blazer and I provided them with my phone number. The woman working the counter. Viviana said she could not locate my 11 items I had dropped off. I asked her to look up my information by my first and last name. I had just dropped off the clothes days before and this was the date I was told to return. She told me she could not, and there was no other way to look at my items other than the phone number. I had to provide her with copies of my receipts. Once I did this , we later discovered that the other employee incorrectly typed in my phone number. She provided the items to me and that's when I learned that one of my blazers had a red sign on it that said that they were unable to clean it without my signature. I was never asked to sign any document or form about this blazer when I dropped it off the week before, and paid for it to be dry cleaned. Because I have been standing at the counter with such an attitude and uneducated replies. I asked for a refund for this blazer. I was told they cannot do a refund. They said that they could do store credit which I was not interested in due to the lack of professionalism and delays. I asked them if a store credit could be applied to other locations and they said no. I asked to speak with a manager, and was told that the manager was not in the store, and she had no service. I can only assume this was referring to cell phone service. Just made a little to no sense, considering the business was still open for more than an hour. I ask that any other employee come and speak with me no one dead. At this point, I decided it was not worth my time or effort to deal with them any longer, and I took my blazer home having paid for it without it being clean. Everyone should be warned about the quality of work at this location and the lack of professional representation at the front counter.

WARNING....I had been going to this cleaners over a year or so. Recently, I stopped. I usually have business shirts dry cleaned. But an alarming trend started to happen. The elbow area on my shirts kept ripping through! At last count, they are responsible for 7 shirts in the past 6 months that caused a hole in the left arm of the elbow, each shirt. This can not be a coincidence. I am pretty understanding, especially when they are older shirts. But this was not the case.

I will not be going to this location or CD one location moving forward. I am posting this because I can not be the only one this has been happening too.

Prices have gone up and up. It would be nice if they picked up the litter in the parking lot once in awhile!

The dry cleaning is fine.

Do not take your rugs here to be cleaned. We had a rug that our dog occasionally pees on. We have taken this rug several times to a reputable rug cleaner who has always done an excellent job. We gave CD One Price a chance since they were so close. Horrible job. Stains still exist and it still reeks of dog urine even though they claimed that all the stains and smells were gone. Please do yourself a favor and take your rug to a professional rug cleaner, even if you must pay a little more.

In response, we called and specifically asked about pet urine stains and odors. Your response was that this would not be an issue and that you would be able to clean the rug. It's like you didn't even clean the rug. Our previous rug cleaners who specialized in rugs did a much, much better job than CD One Price. At least own up to the fact that you failed and you could not clean the rug. The laughable part is that you feel that you did a great job.

Very reasonable prices! They can get your stuff done in a day. The service is very friendly and excellent.

Very fast and friendly service! Price was amazing! The lady on the phone and in the store was very helpful. I had a last minute dry cleaning need and CD One did not disappoint!

Had a Queen-size down comforter dry cleaned and it was ready the next day! That's because this CD One Price Cleaner does it in-house. And it's $19.99 no matter the size. I also appreciate the friendly and smiling associates that ring you up. It's very pleasant going to this CD One Price Cleaner!
