Casino Pauma's steak & eggs breakfast is excellent.
The price is being raised to $8.99 from $6.99 starting March 1, 2024. Other food promotions will also be changing or discontinued in March 2024.
Steak & eggs breakfast for $8.99 will be 7 days a week, 7 am to 11 am. Sunday was until 2 pm but no longer.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Barry W.San Diego, CA19811547Feb 23, 2024
It's not Vegas, which is a good thing. It's not dirty. Valley Center really is beautiful. It's not dangerous and they don't allow children on the property at all. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is surprisingly good and sensibly priced. We were impressed. Minus one star for the smell of smoke, however the smell of the orange blossoms driving in and out of the area makes up for it.

This place was awesome. Make sure to check out their buffets on Fridays. This casino seems to the only old school legit casino left in San Diego county.

This hidden gem is smack dab in between two larger casinos/resorts.
Yes, this place doesn't have a hotel but it still provides tons of frills.
The laid back vibe is what I like.
Yes, their minimums are low but does it matter if you're betting Max!?
Parking is always easy.
With tons of slot and video poker machines, you're certain to find something to tickle your fancy.
Not into machines!? No problem, they have a handful of table games available but it depends on the time of day you visit as they are seldom ever fully open due to staff shortages related to the pandemic.
I've found that all the dealers are super friendly and welcoming.
Once you get to know each and every one of them, they treat you well.
Win, lose or draw - this place earns my patronage.
Remember to tip well.
That includes the bartenders, cocktail waitresses, servers at the restaurants and dealers!
It's 2022, life isn't getting any cheaper and neither should you.
All you need is a chip and a chair!
Maybe I'll see you here?Helpful 7Thanks 0Love this 8Oh no 0Dec 7, 2020Previous reviewNewly opened is a great Mexican Grill that offers delicious food.
Authentic menu that is sure to satisfy any hungry gambler.
My favorite is the shrimp cocktail!
Come visit before it really starts to get busy.
Remember to tip well!Oct 16, 2020Previous reviewSometimes your just lucky as was the case for me recently!
Would you believe I hit Four "four of a kinds" on my favorite table game... Ultimate Texas Hold Em!
All within a span on two hours...
I should have left after the first one but I had a feeling in my gut that today was a lucky day for me.
Shot out to the dealers that dealt them to me.
I remembered to tip well as always and so should you when you win.
I'll be back for sure because I have a fun time here... win, lose or draw.
I'm hoping one day they'll open up a hotel so that o wouldn't have to go home lol.Jun 5, 2019Previous reviewOne of my favorite casinos in Southern California.
It is the only place where you can beat a Dealer's Full House with a Four of a Kind! I've done it twice!
The player's club associates and table dealers, pit bosses and slot attendants are friendly and respectful to the players.
Won, lose or draw - I always have a good time here.
Vegas Style Action without the drive.
Be back soon!Mar 15, 2013Previous reviewThis is a boutique casino that would benefit by having a hotel. There is a snack shop and buffet both reasonably priced. There are hundreds of slots and a few table games. Lots of seniors choose this place. Lots of parking since not too many people make it out here. It's between Pala and Harrahs.
May 4, 2010Previous reviewDecent casino and buffet. Older crowd seems to prefer this place.

You know what they say about first impressions, when we drove up to the casino, the landscape and entry was welcoming. There is a large pavement parking lot and the casino was a bit small.
If you are not a smoker, I would probably continue the drive to Pechanga or another non-smoking casino because the casino is small and extremely smokey.
The cafe was okay. We got the two dinner Prime Rib for twenty dollars; as long as you have a players card. The Prime rib was a little tough but it did come with vegetables, bread, a baked potatoe and salad. The salad came after we received our entree. (Kind of backwards) The drinks were $3 each. So for $16.00 with our ten dollar tip, it was okay. Our server was not the best.
Now for the big question, will we return? Probably not.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Oct 1, 2022
So I'm writing this review because I just got here and already lost. I never lose because I only play with a certain amount but this casino just wasn't the vibe for me. It's nice but it is in the middle of no where. Parking was super easy, casino is small and not super crowded. But it's nice to just visit different casinos every once in a while. They allow people under 21 inside but you will wear a wrist band I still got carded, I guess that means I still look young lol

Unprofessional Security Staff. We came here yesterday and my sister was allowed in without showing identification but for some reason today she was asked for identification. She is clearly over 18 years old and we were there for the most expensive meal the Surf n' Turf. We even tried saying that they could escort us to the restaurant and how we were not going to gamble but they still refused her entry. We received conflicting information from each security guard such as being able to enter just by showing some type of identification while another said that it had to be a government issued identification card. Instead of trying to help the situation the security guards were worsening the situation. We went back twice and the second time we went and showed a picture with my sister's birthday in the form of her school identification and I thought it would work because I have seen high schoolers get in with only school ID. In the end they refused to budge and I took into account someone who appeared younger than my sister walk by as we were being hassled by the security. Very unprofessional when calling for back up, one of them greeting their supervisor over the phone by saying "Hey Motherf@$#&%" right in front of us. Everyone else in our party was not asked for ID only my sister. From where I stood I had seen many young people go by without being asked for ID. My sister has ID but didn't have it on her. I look young just like my sister and we're only two years apart and I wasn't asked for identification. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I do not see myself returning anytime soon, despite having a players card.
