Casey Nguyen - State Farm Insurance Agent

WORSE AGENT EVER!!! Every year he would raise my insurance even though I had a clean record. I started paying $120 then to $140 to $160 then finally $210 for a 2012 car. I asked Casey "why are you raising my insurance?" He claimed "new California law" so I left and went with AAA, now currently paying $120.

At Casey Nguyen's Office, the attention to detail and communication is poor and an after-thought when presented.

Written communications regarding policy changes go unanswered purposely so they continue to collect higher premiums and reap higher commissions.

As for claims, you pay for insurance and then do the work to address claims as State Farm's Claims Department is dilatory and incompetent in obtaining documentation. On one claim, I met State Farm's Claim Rep at an auto body shop for an estimate and the State Farm Claims Adjuster did the estimate instead of the auto-body shop estimator who does that for a living. The estimate was incorrect and had to be re-done at more time out of my day. State Farm's Rep had the check book out and was 'presumptive closing me' to take the settlement.

There's an excuse for everything with this office and State Farm.

State Farm is a Too Big To Fail Insurance Company and this Agent is all about churn and burn to reap commissions with abysmal service to clients.

You'll be sorry to have this office handle your insurance. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This office was possibly one of worst insurance office in terms of help I had received ( I never had an accident or claim so this is not from that point of view) . I wanted to stay, and for a long time I did because I didn't want the hassle of switching insurance agencies. I had been with them for over two years when my price went up and I called to ask for a lower price considering my great driving record , normally companies give you a discount for being a good customer but not here. They said they call me back and never did. Never called when I left vm and only bothered me with mail to join them with more of my properties like home insurance and life insurance, the only time I got a phone call was to say that my card was declined ( I had received a new card with a chip and forgot to update) they called me and emailed me unprofessional emails. I took my business to another agent who gladly helped and my bill was lowered by 40 dollars a month. This place had my information all wrong and so I was being charged over by a lot, but it seemed as if they didn't care because they made commission from me and seeing as how no one actually took the time to help me. Very disappointed in the customer service and "insurance" they gave me. Please double check your information with other companies to make sure you are not being taken advantage of like I was.

I was assisted by John Pham and he was great! He made getting health insurance quick, easy, and painless which is unlike most medical procedures. He cleared up all the fuzziness about copay and coinsurance that I had even after all of my online research. It was really helpful to have someone else help me through it. John informed me about all my other options with Covered California. Even with that information, I decided to get my insurance with him. Thanks John!!

Casey's office is great. Friendly staff that quickly addressed all of my issues and resolved a few complicated needs related to my policies. Casey really knows all insurance products and I'll definitely use him for all my insurance needs going forward. Highly recommended.

Just stopped by to pick up and something and to my amazed, the office is super brand new and very elegant. The staffs were very friendly and well dressed. The office has 4 desks and the agent's personal office is nice and cozy. It's located in the newly built VIETNAM TOWN, parking is abundant. The service here is great, they speak multiple languages, Vietnamese, Spanish, and English. Come here are all your insurance needs!
