We came up the hill as a last-minute decision. Reveles is the closest place to us for sit-down Mexican with a bar. Columbus Day holiday meal found us right here, right now . . . and then they started the karaoke. We sat in the dining area because of a mobility issue and happened to sit at the table that got all of the kitchen traffic. But that's ok, because we were never forgotten for any of our service, and the karaoke wasn't too annoyingly loud back there.

A couple of menu items of notice. The Jalapeno poppers (first time we ordered) were not very enticing in their presentation, texture or flavor. Probably won't order those again. The Molcajete was a different story. I ordered the pork as the filling meat in the very hot stone mortar bowl filled with some great and interesting treats that surprised everyone at our table. The Molcajete served as the perfect table appetizer along with chips, salsa and guacamole. And where did they find these GIANT carrots. HUGE! Reveles' food seems to always hit the spot when needed. Perhaps it's the conversations we have only a few minutes' drive from our home. Perhaps it's because their food always seems fresh and delicious. The Molcajete and giant carrots deserve the extra star this evening.

As we concluded our visit, we went to look at the bar and it was PACKED inside and outside. I guess karaoke is a thing here at Reveles, and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. There was even a couple dancing to the groovy tunes.

Where on earth are these GIANT carrots grown?

The restaurant has no hostess and was very cold inside. We sat down and had chicken enchiladas, margarita and a salad. All three items were just OK and way overpriced at $17 each. I don't plan to be back as it's overpriced and the quality wasn't good.

Service took forever being the first table of the day. 2 hours for lunch! Mediocre food at best. Burrito was half full and mostly tortilla, super nachos were super disappointing, fajita meat was microscopic, shrimp taco had cold cheese thrown on it, salsa was super thinned out/watery. Spend your hard earned $ elsewhere.

Stopped for lunch but had takeout and ate in the car. We couldn't sit outside on the patio to eat with our dog because a cat was roaming around the outside patio area. We ordered cheese enchiladas and they were literally cold. Not even warm. The cheese wasn't melted! Never again will we eat here. PLEASE don't go to this restaurant!!!!!

Well, it's 18th of April 2021 and unlike every restaurant I know of this one is choosing to stay takeout only. No lest that 6 signs pasted all over the entrance warning customers what to do as well as not . Don't know how their making it. You will not be allowed inside. That's restaurant or bar. Now food is average. Not bad, not great. But I would call 1st and see if their Open . Should have been a large light out front " To Go Only". We never would have stopped.

Example of the warning signs plastered everywhere. When everyone else is open ToGoOnly here.

Very Pricy and no quality for the price !! We went to have lunch and except super nachos - the food tasted really bad !!

Either they need to reduce there price or make the food up to the standard

I am giving 4 as the other reviews were pretty unreasonable in their expectations...and the food was good.

First, I hate places that gave place to stupid covid protocals...maybe this one did, but they are clearly over it.

The chips were absolutely fresh and excellent, but I heard from a friend they weren't so fresh and crisp a week ago. Based on extremely limited hours, staffing, it is clear this place wants to churn out some good eats but is financially conservative after covid...or even hurting.

To their benefit, their pricing is absurdly low considering what food and staffing costs, and what we have all been experiencing both at our grocery store and normal restaurants price hikes.

That said, the yellow rice was very flavorful, the mojarra frita perfect, avocado perfect but limited...but at least they were perfect...80% of the restaurants think a slight bruised, hazy brown avocado is ok...it isn't. The chile relleno was great! I really enjoyed the salsa..but it would be mild for most people that aren't me;)

The service was scarce but friendly, and the crowds were scarce. Consider this in a more remote area when dining. I do believe 30 min to be unreasonable...I did not experience that, but these small companies need our support and can't consistently staff with inconsistent diners.

I will definitely eat here again for the food when I am in the neighborhood, I hope you have as nice an experience as I did. Pictures next time!

Not too much to say about this place other than the burritos are pretty solid and the staff here is friendly. You definitely get a different experience from a traditional taco shop which is nice for a change. Prices are alright and it's pretty convenient. Will always be a fan of the pollo asado

Absolutely overly priced! Made us wait 30 minutes minimum for four orders of 5 rolled tacos (sour cream guacamole hot carrots) extra not included which is rare for rolled tacos !duh ! We also got 3 drinks and one water and the bill came out to 80$ which is ridiculous considering the presentation! Don't recommend it to anyone NOT WORTH IT ! Writhing this review for my husband who never complaints !

I honestly don't know how this place is still in business. I only went because I was joining my partners family for drinks and some food. Needless to say the food is very sub-par. One person ordered asada tacos; we all tried them and not one single person liked it, the taste was horrible. Neither my partner nor I could finish our plate (chicken fajitas). Hate to say it but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
