Cartridge World - The Plaza

Don't waste your time. They lost what I dropped off and told me to go buy another. Me nor any of my friends and family will use their services again.

First time visit - purchased a "Lexmark 16" cartridge or it's equivalent and installed it in my printer - NOTHING - blank pages. Cleaned and ran test pages several times still not results. Went back to Cartridge World for replacement - the young man who waited on me the same as called me a liar - said the cartridge was empty and that I had made a substitute - it clearly was marked with their sticker and it had NOT been tampered with and I had NOT given him any other cartridge. Was told they did not sell empty cartridges. DUH I did not in good faith buy an empty cartridge or exchange it. Long story short the replacement cartridge he gave me does not work either. I WOULD NEVER darken this establishments door again for any reason.
