I arrived home to discover my AC had frozen up. I called first thing in the morning and Andrew, the HVAC tech showed up within an hour and had a new motherboard in before noon! The service was fast and Andrew knew what he was doing. Thanks guys! Couldn't have asked for better service.

I used Carter Comfort after reading all of their great reviews online. They have exceeded my expectations. They are one of the best companies I've ever done business with. Brandi, Barry, Ethan, and John are all very professional, friendly, and do quality work. They go out of their way to help you and explain the work they are doing.
This company should be a model on how businesses should operate and treat their customers. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

My uncle recommended Carter because they dont do commission sales and he has used them for years. There was a small issue, but the owner took the time to call me himself and explain what had happened during the technicians visit. Not only had he made sure I was happy, he'd done the research to find how the issue happened. Turns out, the issue was not their fault, it was our old unit. You can tell this company and its owner really care about every customers experience. I'd reccomend as a fair local company that really know their stuff. A+

We have used Carter's maintenance program for the past year and have been pleased. The technicians are professional, friendly, and didn't try to "sell us" products or services we didn't really want. It is the type of service and professionalism that builds trust. Needed furnace serviced for certified family home. In the past needed furnace serviced as well as further looked at on a different occasion because it kept shutting off a few minutes after reset in the winter and wasn't heating the home. Carter technician saved me money by explaining how to clean the coils myself & the sensor needs cleaned off every so often and was honest telling me I didn't need it replaced which is 129.00 part. Very professional and prompt courteous service definitely recommend to everyone.In the past called A1 heating and air who have told me I needed $600.00 in work done upon evaluation and Carters said this was not the case at all. Have Used Carters since 2007.
