I used to eat in the one in Knoxville all the time, so I took my wife there last night. Overall it didn't disappoint like the Knoxville location. We walked in and instantly were greeted by the hostess. The ambiance was also great, and the dining room was very nice with lots of great detail to the construction and decor. The open kitchen was a great touch too. I ordered the Chicken Marsala which is my favorite dish at Carrabbas. It was amazing perfectly cooked chicken topped with the delicious sauce and mushrooms. The creamed spinach was also cooked and seasoned very well. My wife had the steak, mashed potatoes, and broccoli. Over all she like the food, but the steak had a bit too much fat and her broccoli was a little overcooked. We will be back!

I can't believe this time my food was not what I expected.
Soupy garlic mashed potatoes. Salad dressing had anchovies in it...they only have 2 dressings
Bread was dried out and hard.
Very disappointed.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Ordered curbside. Absolutely perfect after a Ling day at work. Just wanted to go home and curl up in bed with some good food and a movie and Carrabba's made that possible! And this Aqua Panna water!? Okay so no one ever told me about how good this WATER was!! A new must have in my order from now on!

I haven't been here to Carrabbas in years. Not sure which state i was in the last time I dined at one, but it's been a while.
My sister has a service dog and they allowed the tiny pup in but it the small bag it was in had to be placed on the floor and we're assuming our waitress sent over the manager to tell us that before she helped us.
Our waitress was nice though.
Carrabbas is a step up from Olive Garden. It hits the spot; but it's still a chain Italian place.
Overall our food was tasty. I would give it more of a 3.5 but since we're unable to post half starts with our reviews, I usually have to decide to gob up or down in my reviews.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jun 18, 2023
We got sat quickly after arriving and waited about 5 minutes before out server stopped by. Once ordering, our drinks, bread, and appetizer came out quickly, and our entrees not long after. Caesar salad and chicken soup were yummy. The lobster ravioli was good but also tasted like the frozen ones you buy at Costco. The vodka pasta was good but there was not much meat on it. It was a fun date night and your typical chain italian restaurant.

WOW! I haven't visited this location in over a year. The last time I came in, we had to wait 20 to be seated in an empty restaurant. Upon being sat, we were seated in a booth that was so torn apart it should have been out out by the dumpster. We then waiting another 10 mins and no one ever came to the table so we left.
Today, we decided we'd give another try. What a difference! The restaurant has had a complete upgrade. Management was upfront and present, seated quickly (before our actual reservation time). Everything about the restaurant is fantastic, now.
Service was mediocre but, fine overall. Everything came quick but our server kinda acted like she was to bothered for requests. I had to ask 3 times for more drinks. When the food was brought; I tried to ask for Parmesan but she just kinda ran away. 1/2 way through the meal I was able to ask again and finally got it.
I was a bit disappointed in my lobster ravioli. The sauce was very watery and not very flavorful. It's not the lobster ravioli I remember.
Pollo Rosa Maria was cooked to perfection and the asparagus was incredible!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 884551387Sep 24, 2023Updated review
Walk through the door and it smelt like a dirty mop. The floors are sticky too. The waitress was rude and when asked a question if the bread is vegan she said no. She handed me the ingredients and it is vegan. When I showed her that it was vegan she rolled her eyes and threw up her hands and walked away. Seriously! When you enter this place go to the right side the waitresses are nicer on that side and knowledgeable. Well she just told me the Linguini Positano, which I ordered, is not vegan. She told me this as she brought out all the food. She said the menu is wrong and the cook said all pasta has eggs in it. I'll post a picture of the menu. She was beyond having a bad day. She came by and we got our meal for free but I would have rather paid and had a nice lunch with an honest waitress. Educate your waitresses and cooks on what the differences on what dietary restrictions are, vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, pescatarian, carnivore etc.... And manners!!

I have food allergies and she understood. We were seated quickly and orders were brought in a timely manner. She refilled our drinks before we had to ask. Handicap parking was close to help my in laws.

Jodee was our server today and we had a fantastic lunch! She makes you feel like you are the most important customer in the place despite being very busy with many tables! Our meal was so delicious and we tried the chocolate dream for dessert... truly heaven on earth!
This was our first visit and we look forward to coming again and hope that Jodee will be here!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - P B.Memphis, TN04Jan 29, 2024
THE worst Italian food we've ever had from a restaurant. We made the mistake of ordering the food to go and ended up with old and undercooked food. That's the last chance this restaurant gets from us, we will never go back. Hendersonville doesn't have an abundance of good restaurants to begin with, but this was the last straw for us. Do people really return for more of the same once they've been burned? How are they staying in business, I wonder....

Food is excellent for a chain restaurant.
Menu is packed with Delicious Italian favorites. Desserts are very exciting.
Happy Hour is more than reasonable.
Bread and Italian Butter mix is to die for!
Service very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Ambiance similar to

Eggplant is one of my choices. Happy Hour
is excellent. Special priced cocktails and wine.
Service is very professional. The kitchen staff and Management our beyond the normal chain by 100%!
The ambiance is similar to a Chicago or
New York restaurant. You can bring the entire family. Oh, there is an outside patio
table area. They do allow smoking.
This restaurant is not FAST FOOD.
I also want to give a shout out to Shea,
an outstanding Mixologist.
Thank y'all Ron and Cyndi!
