The selection here is very small compared to other auto part store chains. Also, even worse, the prices are sky high - much higher than other places. Do not shop here!

The incorrect parts were ordered. They tried not refunding the shipping until they realized it was their mistake, then I was finally fully refunded. However not a single apology or acknowledgement of the mistake on their part. I would recommend somewhere else for customer service

Horrible store. Several employees are lethargic and slow. Employees here have no idea what customer service is. They will not even acknowledge you while you've been waiting on line after standing on line for 5 minutes. Ive been at the store when there was one person behind the counter with a line of 7 customers. I would watch several employees come out of the backroom and go into the other room without opening another cash register to help the customers standing in line. A simple "Hi, I will be with you in a minute would go a long way". Half the time the part I need is not in stock, although they say they should be able to order the part and pick it up later. I don't need it later, I need it NOW. I've called their corporate customer service and the manager of the store. All I got was "its hard to find good help". Well, if they can't provide good customer service and my parts are not in stock when I need them, and they provide only lip service, I'll take my business elsewhere.

Always have what you need really fast and knowledgeable staff. The place is affordable also, open every day!
