Carpet and Duct Cleaning Specialists

Carpet cleaning specialists were easy to work with. We had them out to do the carpets and they were good guys. They did exactly what we asked them to and got the carpets way cleaner than the do it yourself machines we get at Cub ( and we didn't have to do the work =)
I would recommend them to people who need a carpet cleaner.

I recently bought a house and wanted to replace the carpet but it isn't in our budget at this time. I had my carpets cleaned and they honestly feel brand new! I'm so happy with the results!!!

I was referred to this company by a couple different friends who have used them to clean thier carpets and ducts. They did a great job and I will definately use them again next year.

Total rip off

Had an entertainment voucher for a air duct leaning and was presented with another $160 bill on top of the voucher
So a cleaning for a small town house would have been $360 - rip of as most quotes i got without coupon are only $250

I bought an Amazon local voucher for 4 rooms for this company's services. I presented them with this today,and they immediately gave me a bill for $76.32 for "deep cleaning and tax". I asked for an explanation of why the voucher didn't cover the cost (we had only 3 rooms to be cleaned, not 4) and they said before tthe rooms needed a deep cleaning that would be an additional charge. There was no negotiation. I ended up paying them, but I'm feeling burned by their false advertising. I get the tax. I do not get how they expect customers to buy a voucher for services, and then charge them more than the voucher itself! A rip-off and false advertising! WOULD not recommend or use in the future!

Used them again on my way out of the rental house. Had the same great experience, good cleaning at good prices. I'll be using them again.

They offered a groupon, but when they came out, they wouldn't honor the groupon unless they did the entire house for an additional $400. They wouldn't even JUST do the dryer vent and forget the 10 other vents that were supposed to be included in exchange for the groupon. Very disappointed.
