They have provided good service in the past.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Aug 7, 2019
I almost "fell in the pit" (which would have caused severe damage to my car and their facility) because they didn't have enough signage and staff. The staff was okay about my mistake. The drive-yourself car wash experience is nerve wrecking.
The wash was great but I almost died.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 12810713284Sep 26, 2018
I wish I had a before picture to demonstrate the dramatic change in my car's cleanliness. Before, the floors were rather dirty, the windows were streaked with dog drool, and there was a good amount of dog hair in the back seat. Now the floors are spotless, the windows are clear, and the seats are well vacuumed. There are of course a few areas with dog hair or dirt but overall they did a pretty good job.
When you arrive, there is an area to clean out your car and then you drive your car up to the stop sign. There you wait for an employee (took about 5-10 min) to come over and choose and pay for the service. I chose the Interior Super Clean ($39) and showed my yelp check-in to receive $5 off. Then they direct you to the car wash where you drive your car through. The car wash does a pretty good job. After that, an employee directs you to a place to park for the interior cleaning. Once parked you can decide to sit outside or inside. They then call you when you car is finished.
I have been here before and the last time it seemed rushed and my car was not cleaned as well. This time they seemed to take their time and cleaned the car better. Each time I have come in the employees were all polite and helpful.
I likely will return the next time I need a car wash!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - LE H.Mooresville, NC07Sep 21, 2019
Rude, dirty facilities inside and out, car got stuck going through. No directions when to put the car back in gear at the end. No one to direct you after your finished for the interior cleaning.
Equipment looked subpar to your gas station car wash.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Stephen X.Apex, NC1367619Oct 5, 2018
Consistently the worst service I've ever had at a car wash in my life! Every once in a while I forget why I stopped coming and I come back again like today I'm reminded never to come back again.
They have constant staff and management turnover and today staff spent more time talking then cleaning my car! My windshield is probably 80% clean my dashboard maybe 75% clean in the vacuum job is also about 75% done.
Never again!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Darlene A.Apex, NC11284Jan 9, 2019
I was so excited to find a place that's not too far out of the way. I just got a new car (about 3 weeks ago) and have been looking for someplace to get a car wash subscription to. Hours posted on google say they open at 8am. Hours when you call say they open at 8am. Actual time they opened 8:30 (ish). Let me say all of the gentlemen were kind, that said, my experience was not a good one. They couldn't get the car wash machine to work. They sprayed the front of my car, I think with the bug wash cleaner, and then I sat. Waiting. It sat so long it dried on my windshield. When the machine finally started it stopped three times while my car was in it. The guys hand dried it because the dryer left it soaking wet. The bugs are still on the front of my bumper and my windshield now has the lines all over it from the bug wash. I CAN'T GET IT OFF!!!! Of my NEW car!!!!
I went back this afternoon to see if the issue could be fixed. The team used multiple solvents and a waxing buffer to try to fix the windshield. It didn't correct the issue. They did try to blame it on being on the inside of the windshield. Absolutely NOT! This happened after they sprayed the bug chemical! The manager got snippy towards the end - after we'd been there 30 minutes with them trying a multitude of things including washing it again. I was told they would order a new windshield and have it replaced. (I'll add the second car wash - my car *still* came out with soap on it!!!)Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Andrew S.Cary, NC016Feb 10, 2022
I brought the whip here (2008 Honda Civic) after my dad recommended it to me -- he used to take his truck to the Cary location years ago which is now closed. Keep in mind I'm the type of person who a clean car is just as important as a oil change or brake job. I cannot stand nobody with a dirty car that's a pet peeve of mine. The manager was very kind and guided me through the automatic wash (new to me as usually I take myself to the self service wash). Once it got to the interior detail, the man was nice and he did an alright job. It was definitely a lot cleaner than how I dropped it off but it could have been better as well. It was still some nastiness near the trunk/fuel release and in the center console storage/cup holders and a mud stain on the driver's door compartment. I can definitely tell they did put some protectant on the dash surfaces. Only other thing that ticked me off was that they didn't throw away the trash they found (it wasn't even that much-- some old receipts, a pack of cups, some pencils and an empty bag of goldfish crackers) I'm not going to expect showroom quality from a $40 express detail that was about 20 minutes so I only took of one star. I would have left a tip but I had no cash on me. I'll definitely go there again but next time I will be more careful and look over the car more thoroughly before I drive off.

They have a different set up here, not as much room as the one in Apex. They do a good job and have free vacs and towels to dry off your car. They do offer a discount for Yelpers that log in.
Full service is avaliable inside and out.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 3029357647Feb 2, 2016
You pay a bit more here for the full treatment and it will cost about $20 to get your car cleaned in the drive-thru and then add on the vacuuming and interior wash. You pick your wash as you pull up and you can opt just for the machine wash at a very basic price or add on more services. Once your car exits the drive-thru, a team of attendants take over and vacuum, shine your wheels and clean the interior. You can also get detailing and go up as high as $99. They put my keys on my wheel which is weird and then left all my doors open so I had to go close them and find my keys to drive off. I know it gets busy but the hand off to the customer should also be perfect and not rushed because that is the last thing you remember.

The owner of this nightmarish car "spa" (lol) is a lying scumbag. After admitting his employees were wrong to send my car through their "filthy brushes scaratching your paint" car wash and $500 louvers being torn off the car - promising to make it right and pay for the new louvers....
he has elected to rant on social media that he could not satisfy me (the customer). Truth be told, the owner Karl Murphy, is not an honest man... not a man at all in my book. When you admit to wrongdoing and make promises - customers expect you to be genuine. You want to take your car here??? Think twice.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Dec 20, 2015Previous reviewWorst Car Wash on the planet!!!
After being told by 2 of their employees it would be fine to do the $15 wash (my car has louvers on rear window) i was blown away when my louvers were violently torn off my car. I seriously thought I would be getting a hand wash or no touch wash - I was horrified seeing my $500 louvers bent and broken laying on the ground in their auto bay. The Manager applogized and said the girl who took my money was "new" and the guy who visually inspected my car before having me proceed was a seasoned employee and should have known better. This happened on 5/23/2015. It was a holiday weekend and i was given a card and yold to call the manager Dustin Roark the following week to get reimbursed for the damage. I loaded my broken louvers into my car and left. The following week my son and I drove there w/ the broken louvers and spoke to Mr. Roark. He took complete responsibility and said he would order the new louvers the next day. A month passed... no call - no email!!! I went there to learn Roark had been fired by owner. So... I no longer had my broken louvers as Mr. Roark said he was going to place them in their dumpster as he was getting me yhe new ones. Next, I had to feal with David Pugh, site manager who does not return calls or emails!! Nice customer service!!!! Finally the owner Karl Murphy got involved. I sent him many pics of my 2006 black Mustang... before and after shots so he could see the damage. This was in August!!!
He messaged me saying he took complete responsibility for the damage and wanted to pay for new louvers. I have kept all of his messages to prove that. It is now end of December and not a dollar from Mr. Karl Murphy the owner.
He posted this morning (12/20/15) that my situation was a "he said, she said"... and that I was venting on social media!! Wow... after he agreed that this was entirely their fault - this guy isn't a MAN in any capacity - he is a liar and a dishonest jerk. I wish i could post pics in this review to show everyone what a beautiful car I have and the damage that was done!!!! Furthermore, I would fully post all if his text messages for the world to see. I have nothing to hide.... just an unscrupulous business owner to expose. Stay away from this place... read other reviews - he has made a practice of lying and ripping people off. All I can say is KARMA!!!!!
