Carl's Jr

Time for a positive review! I swing by here more than I care to admit in the mornings for a biscuit and literally every time it comes out hot and fresh. Hats off to this fast food joint for excellent service as most fast food places in the Bay Area are disgusting and the food comes out like garbage. This place never fails to provide a good biscuit sandwich and the customer service is on point.

I went inside onetime expecting a dirty interior given the building is super old looking, but to my surprise it's extremely well kept and clean given its age. It's clear a great team works here and they should be a model for other Carl's Jr. as well as the Wendy's, McDs, Taco Bell's, and others in the area should shadow the employees.

Hats off to you guys, seriously.

Happy to see Carl's Jr offering Beyond Meat options (a bit pricey though). We had a very friendly lady taking our order. Nice to see!

Decided to have nearly morning meal with In n Out burgers closed so I tried Carls Jr. for the first time. BIG MISTAKE.

This supreme hot mess of a burger was so soggy and dripping with sauce, mayo and every condiment imaginable too enjoy And it was tasteless, no flavor of cheese just condiments. It cost a pretty penny too for one supreme burger, and a burger meal it was over $25.00 for a tasteless meal.

NEVER AGAIN. CARL'S JR. FOOD IS NOT GREAT TASTING.

Very bad service. Extremely slow for "fast food". Don't recommend. The only good thing about my visit was the orange juice, and it came prepackaged.

NOOOO!!!!!!!!

A few days ago I went to Carl's Jr and tried the Beyond Meat Burger which is meatless. I have to say it was one of the best burgers I've ever had and it tasted amazing.

That's the reason I decided to go to Carl's Jr again to order the same burger. I was in the drive-thru. I was here an hour ago around 1:30 am.
They gave me a burger. I drove home took a bite...

AND NOTICED THEY GAVE ME REAL MEAT!!!!!!

You don't give Vegetarians who are on a strict diet real meat!!!!!! I just called them and told them this. Noe was the guy at the Drive-Thru. He was super nice and I am not trying to get him into any trouble. Well, to be more accurate it's the fault of whoever was in the kitchen and made that burger.

I understand mistakes happen, but not this!!! Imagine you "accidentally" gave pork to a Muslim.... when it comes to strict diet and meat, you simply CAN NOT make this mistake.

Will call Carl's Jr tomorrow!

I was super hangry when I rolled up and usually Carl's Jr customer service is miserable so I was ready with vitriol and attitude. Rod took my order and made my day! He was super friendly and was willing to let me take my time while trying to get "text" orders from the rest of the hangry crew.
