Caribou Coffee

They don't fill up the drink all the way. When I got it, it looked full. Once I drove home, the froth settled only filling the cup 2/3 of the way. This is expensive and I feel disappointed in Caribou. I'll be bringing my business to Starbucks. They fill the drink full and it cost $2 less.

Went in to order food. The barista who seemed to be in charge was visibly angry, rolling her eyes, sighing and snapping at employees behind the counter. You could cut the tension in there with a knife. She interrupted waiting on me to yell at an employee about oat milk. It was a horrible experience and I went in happy and left with an ulcer. I feel sorry for the people who have to work with this person ugh. Went to car to eat the sandwich I ordered. I took it out of the bag and the bread was stale and the cheese was ice cold and had never been melted. Maybe this was because I had left no tip? I went back inside and returned the sandwich. A more pleasant barista attempted to help me but was interrupted by the angry one who took over. I told her all that I am saying here and was told, "yeah....sorry....we got stuff going on in here today". Well we all got stuff "going on in here" but that's not an excuse to be abusive and rude to paying customers. I won't be coming back and if you do, be forewarned.

Took over 20 minutes for 3 drinks and 3 breakfast biscuits to be served. The drinks were good although the medium was filled a little below what I would expect. Drinks were ready after about 5 minutes but the server forgot our biscuit order entirely and despite the fact I was waiting next to the counter for 20 minutes for them I was not acknowledged or asked what I was waiting for once.

Aside from the slow service, it's actually a nice location with plenty of seating and parking available. I would stop by here again if they get their speed of service down. It seemed like even for the drive through the service was slow too (I get the impression the drive through is the main attraction of this site).

Really love the drive thru option, but super bummed to get the wrong order today. I ordered an americano with some additions, and got none of the additions.

I don't think I've ever got a drink how I want it there. I'm very low maintenance. And this is the worst caribou I've been to. They always mess up my drink. I don't think it should be that hard to be a barista. Maybe hire people that know that they're doing.

This caribou always offers fantastic service! Every time I come here, the workers are friendly, kind, and very quick with my drink. I wish there was a way to tip while using a card while in the drive through, because this team is absolutely stellar. Keep up the great work!

Not the best when it comes to consistent service and speed. Avoid mornings if you can, the day and night crew seem to have a better handle on things. However, this location is great for working remotely. Plenty of tables and chairs, with the long bench style/outlets underneath on one side of the space. However, it does face the espresso station, so if you need absolute quiet, this isn't your spot.

The drive though service is always pleasant, the workers are always friendly. Their coffee is delicious, as well as their breakfast sandwiches and bakery goods. I often get a cold press coffee, and hy husband a dark or medium roast coffee, which he frequently orders with extra milk or cream but it's still scalding hot (but still tasty usually). The inside is really cute and inviting with decent seating and is usually kept pretty clean. Our go to Caribou Coffee!

Hot chocolate is legit. Free wifi. Not much to complain about a coffee shop. Good for studying.

This is by far the fastest Caribou drive-thru I've been to. Holy Speedy Gonzales! A smaller Caribou store, this one is nice to go to for that long chat with an old friend, as it is not too crazy busy. Parking is always available and the place is C-L-E-A-N.
