On October 7, 2016 I came upon nine of their cars parked in the Queens Boulevard bike lane. I sent a tip to Gothamist who reached out to the dealership for comment and posted my photos: http://gothamist.com/2016/10/09/car_dealership_finds_queens_bouleva.php
On November 27, 2016 I was biking down the same bike lane and once again found the lane blocked by their cars. This time their were ten cars instead of nine. As I was taking photos of the cars parked in the bike lane, a male employee approached me and repeatedly asked me if I was done. Then, as I was counting the number of cars he started yelling, "WHAT NOW?! WHAT NOW?!" at me.
They got caught and called out once, stopped for a while, and then resumed breaking the law. The people who manage this place are acting like selfish children who don't want to get caught not sharing, except in this self-centered child is creating a dangerous situation for cyclists and drivers.
If the people who run this dealership can't figure out how to operate their business without blocking a lane of traffic and forcing women, men, and children cyclists to weave into traffic on Queens Boulevard, then they shouldn't be in business.Helpful 5Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Nehan B.Brooklyn, Brooklyn, NY241Aug 13, 2021
They are fucking thieves with fake prices online just to get you to the dealership and then once you reach there the price goes up more than 5K. They also run your credit and refuse to give info about payment or APR. Be careful with getting scammed because the prices are nowhere near what is listed.

Update: I was sold a car that was 5k over book value of the car and didn't realize it until months later I was really focused on the monthly payment instead. Needless to say I got rid of the car about 1.5 years after buying it, went back to leasing

Raul the finance manager worked miracles, with my credit not being its best he was able to get me a great rate at 8%. After leaving a deposit on the BMW I came back the next day and I had changed my mind. I finally decided to purchase a 2013 VW Passat. They were able to switch the approval to the new car with the same interest rate with little to no trouble. In the end they were very understanding and accommodating to my needs. They were all very professional and helped me to chose the car I really love at an affordable price. 3 days after purchasing the car i took it to VW Dealer to run a diagnostic and make sure it is in excellent condition and it is!! VW said the car is in perfect condition with new brakes and a fresh oil change. The car buying process can be a bit intimidating for a young woman on her own but I was fortunate enough to find an honest and reputable company in Caribbean Auto Sales. They have definitely found a new lifetime customer.

Great buying experience! Jade Planas was great! He was very knowledgeable, honest, he had all the answers. He made sure we felt happy and satisfied from start to finish. We will absolutely be returning and definitely recommend him to everyone who needs a vehicle. We honestly couldn't thank him enough. So much grateful, thank you Jade and God bless!

I went here to test drive a 2009 BMW X5. As I was driving the vehicle with a salesperson it suddenly lost power and steering control (the vehicle turned off). I was then informed by the salesperson that "This is a feature of the X5 for safety when you brake hard." Less than two minutes later while waiting at stop sign the vehicle stopped running again and he asked me if I had "hit the brake pedal hard." I have no problem purchasing a vehicle for the right price if it is disclosed that is not properly running right. However, lying to me and insulting my intelligence is immoral and predatory. I obviously walked away, but only because I knew better. This is your stereotypical dealer that wants your money and will not give you a car to match the price they will charge. BUYER BEWARE.

Really bad experience! I will never recommend anyone to go this dealership.
Everyone there looked unprofessional, but i thought i shouldnt go with the looks, but once i started talking to them, i was like "woah! These guys have no respect whatsoever."
They made me come two times, (and i live 1 and half hour away) but thats not a big deal. What really pissed me off was that they tried to rip me off.
They advertised one price, their financial manager told me another price and then their so called "boss" came who gave me another price. Advertised price was 10995, the financial manager gave me finalized number of 12550 and told me to come next day to pick up the car! I came next day and the car was not even ready! They didnt even know that the car was falling apart from one side. And after dealing with all this b.s. their trashy looking boss came and said "well if u wanna make a deal make it, the final price is 14200 and i was ljke wtf? And he was like well if u dnt like the deal go some where else! I told him what about the advertisement? He was like well it happens! I said what about your own financial manager? He gave me that 12K number! He was like he made a mistake!
Long story short, i have bought cars before too but this was a different experience! Dont ever go to this dealership if you value your time or if you dont like rip offs and if you want a good car and honest, professional experience.Helpful 5Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Gjovalin P.Queens, Queens, NY152Apr 20, 2017
What a bad taste of a place, it's like they just completely forget you existed and gave them all your personal information. I had to chase them at first instead of them calling me especially the fact I had been completely interested in getting a vehicle. They never called me... leaving me to call them once paper work was filed. It makes me question giving them any of my information. This place is unprofessional.. only the owner was pleasant enough when speaking with me yet he has his workers who I'm sure he relies on which all look and act like they have no idea what professionalism is. Maybe my mistake for even thinking of a purchasing a vehicle on queens Blvd.

Back in April, My husband and I were referred to this place. Long story short, the car was supposed to be under his name and I was supposed to be the co-signer so he can build his credit however I was the owner instead. My credit was ran to everyone and their mother. After sitting in their trailer/office for hours we finally got possession of the vehicle with NY plates. That's where the fun begins... the bank that supposedly approved me actually didn't so the guy had us go to a dealer in NJ to sign documents with another bank and gave us temp plates and registration. Last month he contacted us saying that he had issues with registering the car in NY. Keep in mind I already have a vehicle that's financed and he said to use it as a trade in on paper so we can get approved and payments lowered. I was totally against it. The best part, he managed to have a third party broker cancel my insurance policy on my car unauthorized to obtain plates on the car we got from him. Now I have an insurance lapse and he does not return calls. I got the cancellation letter and proof of address cause he changed my address as well so a lawsuit and a bad review with BBB is on the way! I told them not to play with me, my car, nor my money so I'm ready to play now too. I will never recommend this place to anyone as long as I live!!!
