      Called Saturday morning, confirmed a specific vehicle was still Available. Text communicated in route, was told a salesman would meet me out front. Sat for over 30 minutes when salesman came and said it was sold the previous day. 2 hours of my time completely wasted! Very disorganized. I will not return there, ever.

      Worst customer service ever. The finance manager Vick super shady!!!!
      Purchased a 2018 Ford escape with 10k miles Certified Pre owned great deal but wait!!! I'm driving down the road on a Friday I hear a loud noise from underneath the car. As I look its the big plastic cover scraping the ground. I pull in a gas station tell the guy to fix the noise until Monday. No problem, fixed. They tell me it's not covered because he cut the part. I'm like if he did cut the part it was out of necessity and how I going to drive for next 72hrs? He cut the part because it was build Ford Tough and it never breaks. Lol. The part was only $40 dollars but they wanted to charge me $217.00 for Labor for something that fell apart on there great product. Thanks David Allen!!!!

      Bought a very clean used Ford Edge here and was an ok experience. They didn't really budge on price but it was a nice car. I give four stars for buying experience but 1 for after-sale follow up. (Average 2.5?) I had to track someone down (8 phone calls) to get me the permanent license plate after the temporary one expired and I still haven't received the title 2 months later; guess I will be calling them again and leaving a hundred voice mails. Terrible after sale experience.

      This is truly the worst experience of buying a car for me -- ever. I bought a 2017 Acura RDX and paid $34,000 CASH on January 9th. It is April 5th and I still have not received the title to the car. I have had to call this dealership every week since February to get the license plate or the registration. I have to not only call every week but on multiple occasions speak to the Director of Finance to get any type of response. Each time I called I was told 'its on the way" or "its in the mail" or 'we are on top of this" -- all the while nothing was in the mail. At one point I spoke to a salesman who said "i am really sorry. they are having lots of problems here in management and they can't get their act together. You are not the only one that has had issues." I wish I had known this before I went to this dealership because nobody should have to stay on top of getting a title or tags or license plate to their car by calling every week for months. I would steer clear of this dealership.

      We went to Capital Ford to test drive a used car. Donalius met us at the door. He was very happy to help us and immediately retrieved the car we were interested in. He was upbeat and great to deal with the entire time we test drove the car and then proceeded to buy it.

      It did seem to take forever (in actuality, it was about 2 hours) for the car to get cleaned up and washed one last time.

      Other than how long it took to clean the car up, we are very happy with the service at Capital Ford and will be sure to start there the next time we are in the market for a car.

      It was such a pleasant experience I was treated with such great respect and courtesy, customer service was excellent with no pressure to purchase...I would recommend Capital Ford to friends and family.

      If I could give capital Ford zero stars I would. This dealership in service center is absolutely Horrible . The customer service sucks and they do not care about their customers. I brought my car in for a break job on a Friday. This brake job would have taken my boyfriend 30 minutes but because it is a company car I have to take it to an approved location. I have been without this car going on six days with not one callback from Ford to let me know what is going on although I have called them numerous times to get a status. They don't seem to care that I am frustrated beyond belief because nobody has kept in contact with me to tell me what is going on with the car. Twice I called and they act like they couldn't even find the car. Just don't bring your car here and don't buy a car here.

      Service department is a nightmare. I brought my car in for a recall and an oil change package (The Works Platinum). After they sent me back and forth between two service locations (while I'm treated like an idiot for somehow not knowing that they changed locations for where certain services are done. Thanks Stewart!), I was never called to tell me when the vehicle was done. After 4 calls (over the course of 3 hours) to the service department, where I left messages for my service advisor, I finally just showed up the next morning...assuming that my car had to be done. Every time I called, he was "on the other line", "away from his desk". I just needed to know if my car was ready...and apparently he was the only one who could tell me (Thanks Will!). Here's the best part...they didn't do the correct service! When I was checking out, the price was wrong...it was cheaper. So I asked what they did...and sure enough, they did the basic works package instead of the platinum package (after I made sure with the service advisor, because he originally asked if I was getting the basic Works package). I got an "apology"; if you could call it that. They didn't offer to make it right by doing the things that they said they would do (that I asked for and was willing to PAY FOR).

      This was the first time I've ever been there. I could tell, by the many unhappy faces in the waiting area, that I wasn't the only one treated very poorly. I won't be going back to this dealership. When I'm driving on that side of the road, I'll choose the further lane...that's how much I hate this place. Thanks for nothing. I can't wait until Ford calls me for a survey.

      do not come here for a car. they are rude, and they make statements that have not been verified, reviewed, and assured. roger wells is the person that "helped" us. he was talking over us, telling lies, accusing us, and making false statements. i wouldnt even refer this place to my worst enemy. bottm line---- do not come here!!!!!!!!!!!
