Candle Cottage

Located next to and owned by Whispering Pines Gifts, the Candle Cottage is all about....candles (duh).

It's nice to see a candle store that isn't overloaded with the ubiquitous Yankee Candle crap. Candle Cottage carries Colonial House and several other brands I'd never heard of like Kringle (heavenly black tea scented candles) and Milk House (yummy soy scents, reasonably priced). They also have a large selection of house brand candles that are very well priced - the scents seemed hit or miss to me but there were lots of choices.

We bought a candle as a gift here, and they were happy to wrap it in pretty fall tissue for us. If your cabin is a little musty, this place will help you banish the stink!
