The service was fast and courteous! The bartender Cameryn was very professional with her service and provided great drinks. The workers are always in a cheery mood and always available to help. Food was also very good!

Tonight I went to dinner with my childhood friend. If I could rate this place a .5 star review that is the review CPK Kailua would get. The service was terrible, as well as the food.

Today is super bowl sunday, therefore they only had 6 tables already sitting. Once we met our waiter she brought us bread that so hard we thought we were eating rocks to add to that there was only 2 small pieces. I then decided I would like to get a cocktail. My friend and I ordered our meals the time because she took so long to come and take our orders. Our drinks came and the my cocktail was horrible, it tasted fermented. Then when our food came I got alfredo, the pasta was hard and meal was cold.My friend got the thai salad which she said it was really good. Since e were already there a while I didn't want to send it back the pasta despite the quality. The waitress never did once come and check on us at all,she did eventually come and refill my water, but did not ask if we were OK and if we needed something.. We sat at the table and watched our waitress walk past us multiple times not acknowledging us at all. We had to flag down the hostess to tell our waitress we would like our bill. The hostess did say something to the waitress, which the waitress then continued walking past us saying nothing at all.. My friend and I felt invisible. Finally after 45 mins we got our bill. I then had to walk the bill up to her to have her check us out. I hope my review helps improve the service for future references.

A manager reached out to me regarding my last review and offered me a free kids Mac and cheese and an entree. Last night was the perfect night since I had been busy all day and needed an easy dinner.

I called and spoke to a manage in order to get the comped food . I ordered the comped Mac and cheese and another kids Mac and cheese along with the California Club pizza.

Here we go again...

2 kids Mac and cheese that should be the same. Why does 1 have edamame? ‍ Posted pics of the receipts that don't indicate that either should have edamame. If you're giving a comped meal because of a previous error, you would think someone (a manager?) would double check the order before it goes out the door. Nope. I know it seems minor and something I could just pick out. True. But why can't it just be made correctly? If it was a one off, I'd totally understand. And what if there was an allergy?

I can't even say that I won't be eating here again because of my kids but I'm probably not going to order anything for myself...

Consistently inconsistent.

I don't relish giving a poor review (unless really justified), but I just finished a fairly lackluster dinner at this CPK location. I've been here dozens of times in the past, although I must admit, it's been several years since my last visit here. I've been to the CPK in Vegas several times and it's always been pretty good.

Maybe it was just tonight, or the staff had an "off" night, but things were definitely under par, although looking back at my previous review, things had been slipping even before Covid.

Since it was just myself (as usual), I took a seat at the bar, and I was surprised that a server brought the customary bread and oil right away. She asked if I'd like to order, but I hadn't been given a menu yet, so she provided one and said she'd be back. After more than ten minutes, I was actually ready to walk out and just leave a couple of bucks but she came back just as I was standing up, so I placed my order. Just a small, simple dinner of Mexican corn and the Italian chop salad, since I've had these many times before.

Both dishes were not what I had been served in the past. The corn was overcooked and almost "mushy". The chop salad, which is one of their signature staples, was fairly bland and had very little texture. The salad greens were not crisp and it was just pretty sad. I am not one to return food (I've only done it twice in my life) and although the server asked if I'd like something else, I declined. I'm thinking now that maybe I should've said something so that they'd (hopefully) improve, but I just decided to let it go.

I still like the overall food at CPK, I just think that I will not be coming to this location again anytime soon (unless I see their reviews really jump).

It pains me to write this because I actually like coming to this location. I brought my parents for lunch on this visit. It was not very busy, service was a little slow. The food was good but the complimentary bread was really tough and dry....almost like day old. No amount of oil and balsamic could soften that bread.

We liked the salad and the pizza had a spicy kick, but there just seemed to be something missing in the atmosphere. Maybe it was an off day, perhaps they are having trouble finding workers who care, IDK. I will be back again in the future, but there was a time when this place was busy and the atmosphere was fun and lively!

What's the reason for putting in a pick up time if your food isn't ready at that time???? Going on 45 minutes after requested time!!! If you want a tip, at least meet the customer half way!!!

We've always been fans of CPK for our family celebrations, but last night was exceptional! We were celebrating 2 birthdays in our family. The host and hostess were so friendly and welcoming, and our wait wasn't too long, considering it was the dinner hour. What made it so special was our wait help, Michael. He is one of the best we've ever had anywhere. Very personable, friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and engaging. The food was good! We had a couple of seasonal specials, salads, pizza, pastas, and, of course, the butter cake. All were excellent! We'll keep coming back!

This is my first ever review and I felt like I just had to share. Very disappointed. I love cpks butter cake, it's been my favorite dessert on their menu for as long as I can remember. We decided to order a butter cake from this location since we live close to take out and enjoy at home. It wasn't till we got home we noticed the butter cake was BURNT and I mean BURNT. I've never seen it like that before it was so hard and brown on the inside. I thought for a second we ordered a chocolate cake. Very disappointed with what I thought was going to be a delicious desert.

We came back again for another go at pizza and we just so happen to have Micheal help serve us again! It was busy but he was definitely on it with his customer service once again! We appreciate not only Micheal but the chef who prepared our food it was absolutely delicious. as we got up to leave me and my partner waved goodbye to the other staff because everyone else seemed extreme friendly and hospitable :) thank you cpk Kailua

Order take out from Kailua branch this time can see the big inflation on the spinach artichoke dip. For $14.49 I get about 20 pcs chips and the rest are broken. The bread is requested but all dumped in the paper bag...
