My hygienist Karlie was super attentive, fast, caring and efficient. Love it!
Plus I got a caring dental clean hoodie bag, yay!
Doctor Sandra look at my tenths and she told me some recommendations that we are going to keep an eye on it until next appointment.
Office is clean and atmosphere is very pleasant.
Will be coming over again for sure.

It's been years since I was treated by this office. There was a wonderful dentist who treated me but he has retired. I always felt as though the office in general was more concerned with promoting and selling their treatment packages. The financial clerk was very pushy about this. Seems as if nothing has changed over the years. I would not recommend.

Most painful and careless dentist I have ever been to. Ignored my pain, failed to white perception properly. Failed to send prescription to pharmacy. In every possible was they mad mistake after mistake
Do not go there. Find anyone else.

They offer their services in Groupon I recommend it to my friends. One of them bought the package x ray and basic cleaning for $65 . He travel from his home 16 miles alway spend his time, money, and gas. They told they won't do the basic cleaning. He even call them before going there they say they accept Groupon. They did not honor their word. They do false advertising which I told my others friends about the issue so they don't go through the bad experience on losing resources and time. I will say make sure they honor their word because they are tricky and they can trick you.

Recently have seen a lot of negative changes with billing and their care. Various billing issues including overcharging for services that I've had to sort out with my insurance. My daughter also had a very traumatic experience with one of the pediatric dentists on her last appointment and when we requested that we be in the room (which she wanted for comfort) they refused and instead always push nitrous/oral sedation. Needless to say we will be looking for a different dental office. Disappointed with the decline in service this office has been steadily experiencing, we used to really like it here!

My son started off in the Upland location and of course after a certain age they are moved to the Rancho location for teens, adults. We never had any issues until they recently mentioned he had 3 cavities, they didn't show us anything on X-rays like most offices do and for some odd reason it didn't sit right with me, when I asked where the cavities were the lady hesitated to answer.

My gut was just telling me no and so I got a second opinion which was a whole different experience and they confirmed there was no cavities at all. So I was confused as to why they would purposely lie or try to even mess with my son's teeth when he really didn't have anything was it just to get the insurance for money? So just because of this we will no longer return.

Never left a Yelp review before but this dentist office is so horrible I had to. Go somewhere else. I have been going here for over 10 years now and while they are friendly, their practices are questionable. I had braces here under Dr. Patel who told me they wouldn't be on for more than a year since they were just to correct my bite. The braces ended up being on for 3+ years and I finally had to ask them to take off the braces without any difference being made in my bite. My bite is not fixed at all so that is a lot of money down the drain. I have also had multiple cavities filled here and then was told a year a two later that the fillings needed to be redone because they had become loose. After some internet research, I learned that fillings should not become loose after 1 or 2 years. Lastly, they tried to charge me for something that my insurance did not cover. They filled a cavity with a type of filling I wasn't covered for and then told me afterwards I needed to pay the difference out of pocket. I even called my insurance company who told me the dentist's office should have explained which options I was covered for so I could make an informed decision. Well the dentist's office never even gave me an option; they just moved forward with the filling and now I'm getting emails that California Dental is sending my outstanding balance to collections. Seems like they're just trying to take all of my money! NEVER GOING BACK.

P.S. They incentivize patients to leave positive Yelp reviews so don't believe any of the 5-star reviews for them. They're all lies.

First of all, Dr Patel's office has super personable office and genuinely friendly office staff. You can tell they care for their patients comfort with the stress-free environment they've created. Dr. Patel redid my braces after I ignored wearing my retainers many years ago (a big no!) and his staff's expertise on Invisalign has straightened my teeth back and improved the look with a carefully crafted extended treatment plan. I am still amazed by seeing what he accomplished when looking the before and after pictures. An hour and fifteen minutes drive to his office from South bay is well worth it because Dr Patel has excellent judgement and advanced patient care. I highly recommend this multi-speciality dental office.

Don't go here. Office personal is terrible and the billing department is clueless. Save yourself from a big headache and avoid this establishment. Not to sure how they stay in business.
