Poor quality. High cost. Poor customer service. I now go to Felix cleaners in Braselton.

I left a red dress to be cleaned. I went back a week later and was told it wasn't ready. I went back one more week later and was told that I had picked the dress up already. The employee told me I was "confused" and refused to look for my dress. Very rude. And now I'm without my red dress.

So, I was looking for a place in Jefferson to get some dry cleaning done and found this conveniently located shop in the Kroger shopping center off of 129. There is definitely something to be said about convenience versus quality, because it was not worth my money. TERRIBLE customer service.

It was a Friday morning. I walked into the shop and the woman inside just stared at me... didn't smile, didn't greet me, just stood at the counter waiting for me to say something. I put my two piece suit on the counter and asked if I could get it cleaned. Again, without smiling, she just typed a few things in her computer and handed me a pick up slip, saying "It'll be ready Monday after 5pm." She then started walking away.

I asked her "Do you know about how much that's going to be?" She turned around and walked back, typing a few more things in her computer, and after a long awkward pause said "$12.99." and walked away again. I thought that was a lot, but thanked her and left.

Monday I came to pick it up on my way home from work. I came in the store and again, no smile and no greeting. I handed her my slip. She looked at it, without even pulling it up in her computer, and said "Come back after 5."

I looked at my watch, it was 4:30p. I said "That's only 30 minutes from now, I can't go ahead and pick it up?" She said "No. It says pick up after 5. You have to come back." So I left.

I came back the next afternoon, same thing (no smile, no greeting), handed her my slip and finally received my suit. I paid $13 for a two piece suit, which is more expensive than most dry cleaners, especially when they are as unfriendly as this one. While it's a little closer than other cleaners, I will not go back and spend my money on some place who doesn't consider me or my business important.

Dropped off 4 sports coats for dry cleaning. Was told they would be ready the next day after 5 (5/27/16). I told the clerk that I would pick them up on 5/31. I went in this morning to pick them up and they could not be located.

After a few moments on the phone, the clerk said they had been located and would be ready after 5.

I sadly had to insist that I expected them to be ready when I needed them and explained that 5 days was enough time to launder the coats. The clerk made a phone call and had them there in about 15 minutes.

The cost was high, but with a limited choice of cleaners in Jefferson they are convenient.

The coats are clean, but the service will not earn my repeat business.

If I could give less stars I would. SHADY pricing and the lady working there is a complete b word. Will never go back. Would chance ruining my clothes in a washing machine first.

Worst customer service ever! We just moved here and we were looking for a dry cleaners. The lady that works there is so rude. I went through the drive thru and she wouldn't even put the clothes in my car and told me it was too dangerous for her to do that. Also the prices are high. Don't waste your time at this place. I've been three times and she is so rude to me every time!

***BEWARE***If I could give less than one star, I would. I had my clothes dropped off this past Thursday thinking they would be available the same day, as their sign says. When I was told to pick them up Friday at 5, I was surprised but I did have a lot of items and one item I brought in had a gum stain on it. I don't leave the office until late Fridays so went to pick them up Saturday around lunch time. When I picked them up I was dumbfounded by the amount of money it costed me! 75 bucks for dry cleaning (smh). I paid and went on my way. Got home that night and noticed ALL of my slacks where missing. (Lesson learned- always count your items in front of them) By then the store was closed and closed Sunday. First thing Monday morning, I stopped in, on my way to work to pick up my pants. The lady insisted that she gave them to me and started to insinuate that I was trying to pull a fast one on her. I had to ask her to please check her racks as she wasn't even going to do that. I had to drive home and gather everything she gave me to prove that I didn't have my pants. At this point I'm trying not to think of how much it's going to cost to replace 6 pairs of Ralph Lauren trousers... When I got back, she allowed me to check her racks myself. They weren't there. At this point I knew she had given my pants to someone else. I asked her to please call all the clients that checked out before me and check her surveillance video to ensure she didn't give them to me. I made sure she had my number and told her to call me if she found anything. No remorse for loosing my clothes or for me now being 40 minutes late to work. About 20 minutes later, I get a call that she found my clothes. I was glad that she found them because I highly doubt she would have offered to pay for them. I just knew I was going to end up in small claims court. I will drive out of my way to go somewhere else. Never again will I go here. Rude customer service

I have never had such poor service from any business. At this point, I have no intention of supporting this business in any way financially and will do my best to discourage anyone from doing the same.

I called Cachet Cleaners Mon 9/24/12 about having two dresses drycleaned (bought for Halloween at a thrift store for $10 total, one a plain black dress, one a gaudy but colorful one, both reeking of cigarette smoke). Over the phone Won Kim quoted a price of approx $10 ($9 and change). Before leaving them, I asked Won Kim again in person, as no prices are listed in the store. She again said the $9ish price. I had to ask twice if this was together or separate before she indicated the price was per item: not as good as the initial quote, but still reasonable.

I returned Fri 9/28 to pick up my items and was given an $80+ bill. When I asked why, Ms. Kim responded "fancy dress cost more." When I brought up the original quote, she denied it and began shout in loudly, in mixed english and her native language, snatching the dresses and saying she'd just go throw them away. I insisted to speak with the manager, at which time Won Kim, still yelling, slammed her cell phone into the front desk.

Owner Joey Kim (relation to Won Kim unknown, but the cleaners is apparently family-run) replied to my complaint that 1) Cachet's pricing started at the $9 price but could be much higher, though not mentioned in the store's signage or when I dropped the dresses off, 2) I must have misunderstood Won Kim, who was still yelling in her native tongue while I was talking to the owner, 3) if the dresses were just $10, I should just go buy new ones, and 4) Won Kim was telling him "a completely different story" that he'd have to check out. Joey Kim said he was out of town, but first thing the next week, he would look at the dresses and call me back.

Joey Kim did not call me back. A week passed. Finally, on Fri 10/6, I managed to a number for him from one of Cachets other employees. Joey did not apologize and furthermore said he could bring down the price to $40 for the two dresses, but would not honor the price Won Kim had quoted before.

I took 4 pair of paints to be let out in the waist one pair was to a suit. They charged me $105.00 for this. Later when I tried them on I found they had took the paints up making them useless. I would not use this company again.
