Highly recommend this urgent care facility.

There is no wait, they get you in right away which is amazing. The staff and the doctors are very compassionate and caring. The front desk is always very friendly too.

Really appreciate Dr. Swapna as she is very knowledgeable and understanding.

Doctors are great here but their staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional, I'm assuming they are too young to any proper experience working with patients. I felt like I was ordering from a drive thru with someone who hates their job, not a doctors office.

I came in for uti symptoms which were very painful and uncomfortable. I tried to hold my urine as best as I could, knowing they would need a sample. As the front desk was on the phone trying to verify my insurance , I tried to ask if I could use the restroom cause I couldn't hold it any longer. I was given an annoyed look so I sat back down and I waited for a few more mins in so much pain and discomfort, only to be told that my insurance could not be verified and that I could "try calling them myself" if I wanted to. I have BCBS through a government job and have never had any issues with my insurance before. I felt very uncared for. I Was too embarrassed to even ask if I could use the bathroom. I will never return and would never recommend friends or family to come to this urgent care. The employees could definitely use a lesson on patient care.

ZERO STARS!!! The girls upfront clearly hate their job judging by their terrible attitude. I took my 11 week old baby there. I called ahead of time an hour before they closed as a COURTESY and asked if they could see us even though they closed in an hour...girl on the phone hesitated and then asked what the problem was. I told her my baby has thrush and needs nystatin. She said ok. I get there, doctor was quick and didn't seem interested...yelling "what's the babies weight" through the hallway so she could dose out meds before even seeing and confirming the thrush like a good doctor should do. Anyway, I get prescribed nystatin. She said she will call it in and it's ok because my pharmacy is open until 9 PM. I drove to my pharmacy after the appointment which gave about 20 minutes between and the pharmacy says they have not received the order. At this time it is seven minutes after the urgent care closed so I called and asked them to please call it in or resend it since they are about to close and my daughter needs the medication. The girl on the phone continued to argue with me and tell me that it's the pharmacy's problem and that it says it was sent in on the computer. I asked if they could just call it in over the phone and the girl said no. She said the provider has to do that and the provider already left for the day. It had only been seven minutes since they've closed so here I am with no medication this place was also dirty inside and are testing patients for Covid in the same lobby as the rest of the patients... DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!

I brought my 3.5 year old daughter here when all other urgent cares in Chandler were closed. They were fast, very little wait, and the provider was very professional and great with my toddler. The front office staff was nice were sanitizing the waiting room when we left. The facility was clean and organized.

The only thing better would have made it better was to have electronically sent prescriptions so that I didn't have to leave there and wait at the only 24 hour pharmacy nearby with a toddler. Otherwise, great experience. Would highly recommend it.

If you have a baby, bring them here!!! I brought my 10 month old in due to his first time being sick. The staff was super friendly, understanding and patient. They made me feel less anxious about his symptoms and it seemed like they actually cared about his well-being. The doctor took her time explaining what was happening, why it was happening and went over at home treatments + medications we could try. She even offered to print out more information on his virus for me to take home and read through in order to make me feel more comfortable! 10/10 will recommend this place to everybody. Thank you to the staff and Dr. if they read this!

If I could give 0 stars I would!!!! There is absolutely no way those 5 stars reviews are real!!
That was the worst $99 spent of my life!!!
They say "yeah yeah we can treat you." With big smile after explaining my issue. Telling me my insurance doesn't cover it and it would be more expensive then just paying $99. Are you serious?!?!?!
Once you paid and sat in the room for literally 2min. "Sorry But there is nothing I can do for you." Just put ointment and see if it get worse!"
How infuriating!!! I could have gone see my neighbors I would have gotten the exact same results for FREE. Where in the world did they get to became Doctor? In a business school?
Don't believe the reviews. Go see an ACTUAL DOCTOR. Don't waste your hard earned money there. This business is BULLS***t and I call it like it is!!!!

I've been reading the reviews and was a little skeptical, but was hoping for the best, so we tried them, as they are close by and were open at night when we needed them.

You guys, first of all, this is an URGENT CARE. You got a problem during off-hours, they're there to help. GET FOLLOW-UP FROM YOUR DR ASAP after any urgent care or ER visit if you need it. I have had other places who misdiagnosed or gave wrong antibiotic, and these places are doing their best to treat a bunch of different stuff. They have to know a little about a lot. And they have to know best treatment option currently out there, which may or may not be the best for your child and their specific body.

We had a bike accident on our hands, and my son, who had the bike accident, had a wrist that was hurting. SO we took him here.
Walked in, place smelled clean. Filled out paperwork, pleasant girl at front desk got us right back. She could not verify our insurance copay, so took $50, (on their paperwork they said it was a required $60 if insurance couldn't be verified, so I was surprised to only pay $50.)

They cleaned up his wounds and gave us packets of Neosporin. They also told us he needed an X-ray, but they didn't have a machine, so we had to get the rx and go to whatever X-ray place of our choice next day.

We went to X-ray place next day. The FOLLOWING day, the Urgent care dr called us back and said that my son needed to come in for a FREE follow-up to get a splint due to the X-ray results. (what urgent care does this??) I thought that was so nice and caring. We went back the next day, he got a splint, didn't see the same provider, but the guy told him it was a fracture and to wear the splint 4 weeks and he'd be good. OK.

The following week, the UC calls me again. How's my son? Um, he's in school, I guess he's fine, why?
"Did you go to the orthopedic surgeon?" she asks. (why would I go there, no one told me to take him there.)
She said, since he broke a bone, he needs to follow up with the ortho. (first I'm hearing of it - the PA who gave us the splint didn't mention it.)

Turns out the ortho couldn't find any break but decided to go with the current plan from the UC of the 4-week splint and follow-up if any pain after 4 weeks.

I really couldn't have had a better experience taking my son to this Urgent care.

Advice for those who gave bad reviews on the care here: Parents - don't expect them to be your expert drs for the end-all. Follow up with your dr if you have concerns or if an antibiotic doesn't seem to be working within the first day or 2. These people are here for your emergencies, but your parental diligence is also part of your child's health-care plan, too.
