Corina is extraordinary. She brought me from a state of physical weakness and reluctance to exercise into a new way of living. Working with her has helped me to lose weight, build strength and endurance and actually to love exercise. Each week, I can't wait to work out with her. Also, I had a weak knee and she has gradually, over time strengthened it so that I feel no pain when exercising. I owe her so much! She is respectful and calm and not judgemental. If she could help me, she could help anyone!

Corina is an excellent trainer. I found her around 6-7 months into my pregnancy as I needed a new fitness routine as I had just moved and my gym was no longer accessible for me and I didn't feel comfortable joining a gym so late in my pregnancy. I am someone that enjoys very high intensity workouts and Corina was able to scale my workouts to still allow me to still engage in weight lifting activities while ensuring safety during my pregnancy. I made it to 37 weeks with her and I so appreciate her kindness, support and encouragement. I highly recommend Corina and she gets my stamp of approval for pre natal training as well!

I worked with Corina as my personal trainer a few months ago. She could explain everything very well, provided motivation, and was never judgmental or non-professional about my complete lack of knowledge about strength training.
Our sessions were very productive and a little demanding, but I never felt overwhelmed. She also developed an excellent food plan, and adjusted things when I felt I wanted more calories (bigger meals). In less than a month, I noticed a big difference. Corina Calin is a wonderful personal trainer. She is a great motivator, always positive, very encouraging and supportive. She is also mindful of my issues, arthritis in one knee, etc. And as we progress, she has built the extent of my exercise program incrementally, improving my balance, stamina and strength. In addition, she is a wonderful weight loss cheerleader.

Corina is not only a fantastic trainer.. she's an incredibly kind, down to earth, and supportive person. When I got back into exercising after giving birth to my son, she helped me set realistic goals - not only related to fitness but also to stress management, sleep, nutrition, and overall well-being... and while she was very motivating, she also understood that there were certain changes that I couldn't take on as a new mom related to time, effort, energy, etc. Corina is extremely knowledgeable and highly trained in her field, and created a different workout routine each week that we met. She's also really smart and easy to talk to - we always had great conversations and a good laugh throughout our time together. I look forward to signing back up with her soon!

Corina is a fantastic personal trainer. I came to Corina to get back in shape and kick start a weight loss program. Corina really listened to my goals and figured out the things that motivated me to work harder. In our short time together I was able to see some results but more importantly Corina motivated me enough and gave me the skills so that I can now work out on my own and continue to work towards my goals.

Corina is one of the best trainers that I have ever worked with! I've seen amazing results since I started 4 months ago. Inches lost, definition and toning. Each week, the workout is completely different. She tracks your progress on a monthly basis with weight and measurements. She also checks in on nutrition. She truly cares about her clients and you can tell. I highly highly recommend her!
