Gary's Carpet Cleaning

Superior service across the board! Gary arrived on time (to the minute!) on a Sunday morning. He rejuvenated two stair wells that had numerous stains and dirt. Throughout the house he removed stains and soil marks. Gary was careful about the house and his equipment. I would strongly recommend Gary to others seeking great service at reasonable price. I intend to use him again.

Gary has served our family for over 5 years, in multiple homes. It is always quality cleaning for amazing prices, and he always goes above and beyond what's required without charging more! Recently he made my couches look like new, smell better than new, and then he cleaned a stain off an antique loveseat without damaging the delicate fabric. I'll never call anyone else!

OMG! what can I say , I called and was given an appointment on the day I needed ! Mr.Gary totally impressed me I thought I would have to replace at least ( 2) carpets caused they were so bad but he brought them back to practically new!!! And the carpets are almost ( 24 ) years old!! The master bedroom carpet had puppy stains & a water damage stains that came from cherry wood furniture !!! He amazed me & was extremely careful with my wood floors! If your thinking of having your carpets cleaned & smelling good especially with the holidays coming , just do it, call him ,make that appointment, you won't be disappointed!!

Gary was fantastic to work with. He was able to come quickly after inquiring a quote to have our carpets cleaned. He was very honest in his quote and his communication was great. Day before service he gave a better estimate of a time versus just a big window. On the day of the service he was very communicative about his timing so I knew exactly when to expect him (since day of job other jobs can be unpredictable). He went out of his way to both call and text me day of when his first job set him back just 30 mins. He showed up and was very professional and extremely kind. Job well done, the carpets look great!

Late review Post but their business deserves a review!!

I moved into my townhome in March of 2019, at the time the carpet seemed okay. It wasn't until the summer when the weather got warmer that I noticed a dog smell throughout my townhome. Unfortunately I'm renting and the landlords weren't willing to replace the carpet until after I renewed my license. Since I really like the place and the only major issue at the time was the carpet smell, I agreed. So until then I needed to get the carpets deep cleaned to remove the smell or at least lessen it. I contacted Gary's Carpet cleaning company and they quoted me a really good price for my three story townhome. I had 4 bedrooms, a large living room, a family room, two sets of stairs deep cleaned. He was very professional, on time and even showed us how dirty the carpets were. I wish I had a before and after but again this is a late review, and I didn't think to take pictures at the time. But he really helped us out, I was able to get through two summers without having to smell the last tenants pet. Covid hit so it took a little longer before I got new carpeting put in. I really appreciate his business and will be using them again in the near future for maintenance on my new carpet.

C&G did a great job on my carpets. They arrived at precisely the time we scheduled for, and my carpets were spotless when they finished.

I made my appointment on the Internet and received an automatic response that they would contact me within 48 hours. But I wanted my carpets DONE in the next 48 hours, not a call back. So I called the phone number listed and Gary answered. After explaining to him that I needed my carpets done sooner, he accommodated me with the day that I needed. As I said, they arrived on time and did a fantastic job. I will definitely use them again.

Fantastic job. Logan came by and explained everything real quick, gave me a reasonable quote and knocked out the carpets in no time. They dried in about 3 hours with some windows open and I couldn't be happier. There were some tough stain areas that appear to be gone completely.

Definitely recommend and will be a return customer. Great customer service and great cleaning.

I gave 3 stars because they quoted me way less than what they charged when they got here. I feel like they hiked the prices up to take advantage of me. Tried to make it seem like I didn't have an understanding of what srvices I asked for before I booked the appointment, which was false. In the end, the service was good and the technician was nice, but I will not book them again in the future.

At first the worker came in and saw the sofa that needed cleaning...he wasn't thrilled on how large the sofa was even though we mentioned the size at time of reservation. He also mentioned he would only clean one-side of the cushions which makes absolutely no sense at all since we called to request the entire sofa to be cleaned. We called Gary to discuss. Once Gary called and spoke to worker, his attitude changed right away and did ended up doing a good job.

Other than the initial issue we had with the worker, Gary was able to rectify the situation and we are very satisfied with the end result. Would recommend and likely use in the future again! Gary is a great guy and very attentive to customer service!
