Only place around to shop in store for a large selection of baby items. That's about the only positive.

Great store! Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, Elizabeth was very helpful in getting our registry set up and answering all of our many questions.

New store. Buybuy baby is the Target to Babies R Us's Wal-Mart. Buybuy baby is less crowded, cleaner, and a few pennies higher priced on certain items. Like their sister store Bed Bath and Beyond there are plenty of coupons for this store easily available in the paper or on your phone. The sales usually aren't very good, they expect you to use those coupons. Mostly friendly staff.

Buy Buy Baby is like Babies'R'Us and Bed Bath & Beyond had a love child. It's amazing. The selection is unbeatable, but unfortunately, the prices are. Luckily, if you join their mailing list they send out 20% off coupons fairly regularly so that counters the high prices. I have absolutely no complaints about the staff or cleanliness of this location. I recommend going when you have lots of time though, as there is so much product in there, you could easily get sucked in and lost for a few hours. Hah!

Terrible service. Bought most expensive crib they have (by special order). We were told crib would take 8-12 weeks to get there, but most likely 8. Checked status numerous times after 8 weeks just to get different info every time (from can't find your order, it's on their loading dock to it'll take all of 16 weeks). Their communication with their vendors seems to be extremely poor.
It's been 12 weeks now and still no crib. Baby due in 5 weeks. Feeling a little stressed and annoyed.
As for the service: some employees really nice and others totally rude.
If and when we have to do this all over again, we'll go register at Kansas location!
