Outstanding customer service. Staff is always very friendly and very knowledgeable of products. If, not they get someone that is more knowledgeable in the department you are in. I didn't even wait a minute and A man named Ryan came in less then a minute to help me pick out a reasonably and safe car seat for my son. Buy Buy Baby u rock and I'll be back for all my baby needs.

They take Bed Bath & Beyond coupons too. FYI

Absolutely the most rude and disrespectful employees I have ever dealt with, especially over the phone. They are zero help when trying to order something. Give you the runaround and then when you finally do get to speak with someone, they act like they hate their job, don't know what they're doing, and choose to speak to you like you're stupid. Unbelievable.

Online order/pick up in store are a joke. I have tried this twice and will never do it again! When you go in, the "act like" they dont have your order, even though they emailed you that your order is ready to pick up. Instead, they will waste your time and go find the items off the shelf and check you out. Pretty sure I could have done that myself!

Two stars for the wide variety, unique gifts. Customer service and online ordering sucks! Never again.

Bad customer service with no valve to the customer. The store manager, Diana, was of little help. Not a great experience.

Okay, so prices are high! But, buy buy baby has what we want! Plus they are related to bed bath and beyond so we can go there and order and get shipped to us. If the items can be shipped for free to your house too if they are on your registry. We have not purchased yet to know how pricey they are exactly. So at this point we are giving a 4 star. Prices may take us to 3 when we go back. We drove over an hour because we don't have baby stores in our area. We find that they are better than babies r us too!

I went to purchase a car seat for my Granddaughter. The young man that helped me was wonderful in the beginning. He showed me and my friend the befits of the five point harness. We were so impressed with him. He was a college football player and very helpful. He insisted he take the box out to our car and put it in. We were impressed.
The seat cost me over $200.00.
When I tried to adjust the straps, I could not do it. I have really bad arthritis.
I took the seat back and told him I appreciated everything he did but I needed something a little more simple. He told me "they are over there". Now, he did come over and show me how to adjust the one I got, after I ask him to.
He then took me to the register and told me he would do the refund after he helped someone else. That was ok with me cause I wanted to buy a bag also. While I was looking at the bags he came over and said "I am ready to do this now". I went up and he gave me my change and turned around and put my box in the basket and said its in the basket and walked off.
No offer to take it out this time.
This is when you find out how somebody really is. I took it out myself and left.
My son is appalled and told me we are taking it back today. There are just too many places to purchase baby products.
The only thing your business can do better than another is provide better service. When he didn't get the bigger sale it made him mad. I am sad about how he acted.

I went in to get a stroller as a gift. The staff helped me order it from the warehouse(my friend picked one not in stores). I used my coupon & had it sent to my friend free because she was registered. It was so easy!! Thanks Buy Buy Baby!!
