Bux-Mont Transportation Services

My sister children was picked up from this service bus #528 so polite and professional the young Gentleman was pleasant and kept a smile on his face and they felt safe he said he just started he is going very far.

pros:
+ didn't have to wait too long
+ nice cab
+ nice driver

cons:
- fee was $2 more expensive than an uber ride would have charged
- driver didn't know how to use his credit card reader and i had to solve it for him. if i were not tech savvy, i don't know what we would have done.

Extremely rude and unprofessional during times of high call volume. I used their service previously and it says they "proudly serve ambler" online, yet when I called during a busy weekend the man on the phone treated me like crap. He told me they do not service ambler (I just used their service last weekend) and when I called back to see if they could get me from fort Washington he didn't even let me finish my sentence. He got aggravated, told me that he just spoke to me and he had 4 of his "own customers on the phone" and that I would have to wait on hold. I told him I just wanted to finish my sentence and he put me on hold anyway, as if my call didn't matter. I was only going a 10 minute ride to get to work.

I don't like the way he spoke to me at all. Just because it's busy does not give him the right to treat people like crap. I honestly couldn't believe he was that rude. And when he came back to the phone and I informed him that he was very rude he couldn't care less and HUNG UP on me! I tried to call back for a Manager and got no answer. I used them before, but will never again!

People that answer the phones are very unprofessional and are just plain rude. I wish we had another cab company up here. Can't wait for Uber to hit the burbs. Very limited in their abilities. Just horrible customer services. They should definitely send their employees to a customer service class because these people have zero class.

The worst taxi service I've ever used. Cabs take up to 30-40 minutes to arrive.
Some cars stink inside. Totally unprofessional service. Had instances where cabs were never dispatched and on calling back will receive the standard "we are a bit busy now".

very limited area and expensive...they dont come to jenkintown if you can believe that even though its part of montgomery county.....get uber if you have a credit card its way cheaper as thier is only pretty much 2 taxi companies around here victory and buxmont...all threes takes at least an hour and a half all the time to show up..(i dont drink and drive im a taxi conoisseur lol)
