      This is the worst burger king I've ever been to. I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru before I gave up. Then, because I already paid for my mobile order, I went inside. One imbecile, presumably the manager, took my order, and when it was ready he bagged one item and left the other item sitting in the warmer, then just left in the middle of the dinner rush. They had about 4-5 cars in drive thru and 3 inside customers in the 45 minutes I was there and they still couldn't keep up.
      I am comforted by the fact that this is probably the pinnacle of these idiots lives.

      I rarely go to Burger King in Zion, even though I greatly prefer a Whopper over a Big Mac and a Crossan'wich over an Egg McMuffin. I have been missing food more than once from the Zion Burger King, and they sometimes don't have certain menu items available. Today I ordered French toast sticks for my grandchildren as a special Sunday treat. Of course, they were "sold out". I then asked for pancakes, which, in spite of still appearing on their faded, drooping drive-through menu, have been discontinued. (I'm not sure sure if that was a corporate or local decision.) I then reluctantly decided upon a croiss'anwich and order of chocolate chip cookies for each of my two grandchildren. When I arrived home, I realized I was missing one order of cookies. It was not worth the one dollar cost to drive back to the restaurant. I wanted to leave a review on their website, but my receipt was illegible, so I could't read the order and store numbers. I guess it's back to McDonald's for me. I'm too old to withstand this much disappointment.

      I had the most horrific experience at this fast food restaurant than I have ever experienced. I pulled into the drive through at about 8:30pm Monday evening 5/23. When the woman asked for my order, she wouldn't let me finish explaining what I wanted on the sandwich before interrupting me with "do you want the sandwich or the meal". ( I knew right then that stopping here was going to be a mistake). I stated, very slowly again what I wanted on the sandwich, to which she blurted "Mayonnaise". I had asked for cheese, ketchup, tomatoes and lettuce. I repeated the sandwich order, and asked for an order of fries.

      When I pulled up to the window, she said, "damn, I forgot to give that woman her credit card back". (I should have just driven off then). After about 5 additional minutes, she handed me my bag and I drove away. I pulled over to eat and saw the sandwich had Mayonnaise, onions and pickles!!! I couldn't believe how wrong the order could have been. This server had no interest in what I had ordered or desire to get the order right. I drove back and saw that there were people in line again, so I parked the car to walk in. The doors were locked even though the restaurant hours stated "open until 10pm". (I should have just thrown the sandwich away and drove off), but instead pulled back in line and waited another 15 minutes.

      When I got up to the speaker, I explained the mistake, and the server said "I didn't charge you for cheese, your going to have to pay $2 extra for cheese"!!! No apology for the error, in fact acted indignant like this was putting her out. I said, "Forget about the cheese". Ten minutes later when I got to the window, she says nothing and shoves the new bag at me. I handed her the old sandwich, and she says, " I don't want that sandwich"! I said, "well I don't want it". She took it, closed the window and gave me dirty looks as I drove off.

      Listen, as a business man I realize it's hard to find good help these days, but this was ridiculous. If I was the owner, I would want to know how my servers were treating other customers, and human beings in general. It takes no additional effort in life to be kind, which is the key to repeat business. I won't be back.

      This Burger King sucks they messed up our order it took him awhile to just get three things of fries they are bad never go there they suck their workers are not actually doing their job they're just standing around talking while we're waiting for our food it's bad.

      The day time manager here SUCKS he leaves his employees high and dry when they are the busiest.doeant train his new employees on how to work register.SAD

      Stopped at this location for lunch today and was pleasantly surprised. First and foremost, the Drive-thru customer service was excellent. The woman taking our order was very friendly. You could hear her "smile" through the intercom. She was thorough in ensuring the order was correct and then ended our conversation with, "See you at the window!". We were greeted with a genuine smile by the other Drive-thru associate. The two ladies together made a great team. We were in and out. In addition, our food was hot, fresh and accurate.

      We had not been at this location in some time due in large part to poor customer service and food quality. Today's visit was because we needed to get food before driving out of town and thought we would give Burger King another chance. We are glad we did.

      I rarely go on Yelp to rate businesses because i like to give places multiple chances to get things right.... but this location is just overall trash. I ordered the new funnalcake fries and 2 Vanilla milkshakes (which came out to be $9). I was told to pull to the front of the restaurant because it was being made that's fine.... i ended up waiting over 20mins for these three items. that's fucking terrible. On top of that the funnalcake fries tasted like it was cooked in spicy chicken grease which was gross and i couldn't eat them, and the milkshakes were already melted by the time they were brung out to my car. Id rather drive to Waukegan to get my food then go to this location again.

      I order a fresh broil whopper. The whopper was luke warm and tasted terrible. Management very unprofessional. I called to share my with the manager my experience and she hung up on me after she was yelling at me.
