Burger King

Definitely a hit or miss BK. Lately they have gotten every order correct but the food has o Ku been so/so. The chicken fries are usually stale and if you ask for fresh I've been told they are always fresh. I'm a fan of the simple Rodeo Burger and it's hard to mess up. Today we picked up breakfast, smells good and the kids say it is good.

Last order: 4x regular Whoppers and 2x larger fries = $33. Never again.
Slow.
Poorly made (smashed and drowning in ketchup).
No value whatsoever.

I can get over a pound of delicious fresh food to my individual requirements at Chipotle for only $9. Per gram of protein, that is at least 3x a better value than BK.

I have been going to The Colony location since it opened about 20 years ago. When BK was offering 2 for $6...that was reasonable for the price. That promo went on for years, so you know that the actual cost of production was much less than $2.50/burger. When I went last Friday, every food location around BK was packed with at least four cars in line: Chick-Fil-A, Star Bucks, WhataBurger, etc. ONE car in front of me at BK and NOBODY inside the restaurant. THAT tells you everything you need to know about the value, quality and service.

BK is permanently off my list (not that I eat a lot of fast food anymore - maybe 1x every two to three weeks.

This is what you get when corporate raiders and leveraged-buyout types take a perfectly good business and slowly kill it by sucking out the quality and service at the expense of profits. I've seen this for decades. Even my son's pediatrician went rogue after buyout from Cooks Childrens in Fort Worth. It's always the same pattern.

BK? Good-bye and good riddance.

Very inconsistent location, sometimes they up charge sometimes they don't, sometimes the food is hot sometimes it's not. Sometimes the customer service is decent other times it's lacking. Can Dallas please close these poor customer experience operating establishments and open a Veggie Grill. like LosAngeles because I only go here for the impossible whopper, but my fav spot to get plant based anything is Veggie Grill.

Three words: Refried Onion Rings.disgusting. I legit just had my yearly craving and my God.

Came in today during lunch. Actually went inside to get a to go order. Ordered French fries and a Carmel frap. I was a little perturbed because the dining Room was not busy and I didn't get immediate service. The dining Room floor definitely could have used sweeping and mopping. My fries however hot and fresh were completely unsalted...but found a bonus onion ring in the fry box, so score. My Caramel frap was really good. I wish the employees would be required to uphold their appearance because their hair was super greas.y

Ever since this Corona virus BS has started, I've been coming to Burger King for lunch since its convinetlly close by to my work. The fist time 3 weeks ago it was great. No issues. 2nd week took a while, I get an hour lunch but between the 6 min drive and Burger King not being prepared to serve their lunch menu I ended up with a 20 min lunch. Issue was their broiler was just starting up and it took a while to cook the whopper. Today the broiler was just not running. I could had chosen Whataburger, or Jack in the Box. I will give it one more try next week. Hope the got they're stuff together. It is slow and easy in the morning and your lunch menu starts at 9am. I was there at 9:15am and only person in drive thru. One thing I tell my team, "No Excuses Just Results " as a customer we are demanding and a company providing a service you should be more demanding and exceed expectations set by a company.

My order is always correct and the service is fast. If you're complaining that they don't change out the fry grease, does it matter? If you're ordering fried food you obviously don't care about your health anyway!!! And for the people complaining they take too long, order through the app and it will be ready when you get there. It is Burger King, not a gourmet restaurant. And if your profile has more 1 stars than 5 stars, do the world a favor and stay home.

OMGOSH, All your fried food tastes the same. Change the oil ... the food quality has declined so much. It's not even my last choice. I think I'll go to Chick-fil-a.

This was really good. I might have given it 5* but because the level of nasty at the BK near home is so bad, I will have to keep trying other BKs around DFW to know where the baseline is. The burger was cooked, the bacon was cooked right, and they got the order right.

Haven't tried my food yet as I just left the drive thru picking up an impossibly whopper. Customer service sucked. He was very rude. I didn't even get a chance to ask for sauces. Girl wants her sauces!
