This is one of the worst Burger King's ever don't ever come here. It took like 25 mins minutes for our food and I'm pretty sure they're not wearing gloves .

Worst bk I have ever been took. Not only did the kid that was making burgers made ours wrong , but he made the person in front of us wrong twice. Then when we were leaving the parking lot the little point Dexter and his little girlfriend tried to run over the top of us with his lifted blazer. Never going there again

Walked into this restaurant, it is the nastiest place we have ever been. My husband is a chef so we understand sanitizing standards. Place is filthy. All workers have zero gloves. Touching money then food. Eating food hand to mouth and then directly into food prep. Specifically hand in cheese, eat cheese, same hand back into cheese to put cheese on food. DO NOT EAT HERE!! Negative -10 stars!!

I was hung up on when I called to ask if my toasted sourdough double was accidentally not toasted. I thought I got lucky and reached the cook himself, he said it was toasted, and said said I didn't believe it was, (you be the judge by the photo) he then got angry and said that they get a lot of calls about the sourdough doubles being toasted or not. I was the only one in the drive through so being busy was not the issue, The other restaurants and their drive through's packed. Not this one. I had thought my phone call was going to be a friendly coaching nothing more. I plan on avoiding this place all together, the real looser in this situation is the franchise owner. Not sustainable with poor customer support and low quality food.

Where to begin? What a waste of $12.68! I did the drive-thru at dinner time and got the number one Whopper meal. I soon learned why I was alone in the drive-thru lane and why no one was dining inside the place. I mean it was empty! Everyone else read the reviews on this establishment. I started by ordering coke, but they were out of coke. Really? I'm not sure how a fast food joint runs out of Coke but there you go. I was told I'd be given sugar for the tea that I decided to go with, and got mostly Sweet and Low which doesn't work for me. The fries were old....and cold. The whopper was the same. They'd been sitting for awhile, I guess. No ketchup either. Guess I should have asked for it, not that drowning the fries in ketchup would have really improved the taste. I asked for a receipt once I got my order, but was told that there was no printer paper to make receipts. How in the heck does a COMPETENT manager allow that to happen? This store is just AWFUL. The owners of this franchise should really evaluate closing this place up. The quality is one star, and that's being NICE. I won't return. I want a refund. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) regarding this "restaurant", and given my first one star rating, ever. My first BBB complaint, ever. How nice.

I know COVID has everything out of sorts.... but geez..... burgers were Barely warm and did not even warm the cheese let alone melt it.... restaurant was not clean.... sign on table says it is cleaned and sanitized and all kinds of crumbs.... fries were okay..... girls behind the counter had to be told to continually bag the food versus chatting.....

Woooowe the standards have dropped. Flies everywhere, floor looks like it hasn't been cleaned it weeks, menu is broken, $12 burgers, dirty windows, the workers don't wear gloves, touching their hair and phones then touching the food. Workers weren't rude but sure haven't been taught basic hygiene.

It had been over a year since I had went to BK here in Fernley, saw the ad for their new "BK sourdough burger" and since I am a fan of the sourdough Jack, thought I'd give BK's a try. It was just nasty, bun wasn't toasted, it was limp, and I'm not even sure it was sourdough. I thought every place has a bad day, so I mistakenly tried again with the same results, even tried a 3rd time with a different order for a family of 4, and the food was just nasty. I ordered a "BK big fish, and it was hard, not in a crispy way, just hard. I won't be going back.

I have given this place three chance now and every time I order I get a burnt hard disgusting sand-which. Some of the staff is nice others not so much. I order ranch and I dont get any I ask for something extra on my sandwich and again nothing extra. Fix you staff with burning the food and continuing to give it to people. Never going to recommend this place to anyone!!!

This review is based on this restaurants COVID-19 response. The three people working behind the counter that I can see are wearing masks that are hanging down below their noses or furthers (so their noses and in one cask mouth is exposed). They don't pull up the masks when they help customers. Another employee is on break in the dining room and he isn't wearing a mask and is talking loudly on his phone. There is a sign requiring masks in the restaurant, but obviously not enforcement or respect for the mask order.
