Burger King

I've been to this Burger King a few times in the mornings to treat myself after picking up my groceries at Walmart, and I haven't had any issues!

I usually place an order through their online app (lots of deals, we love that) and I pick up through the drive thru. There's usually the same lady there every morning who always greets me and has such a nice positive attitude!

Food is your typical standard Burger King, not much else to expect!

The worse service I've ever experienced. I got 1 large and 2 medium fries. Waited 15 mins for 3 orders of French fries.......

Multiple times they have stolen money from me by not providing the correct order. Three times they have forgotten to provide the correct order. All three times it was a missing specialty sandwich. Why? This place has no integrity or maybe they just don't care about retaining customers. Plus, the last time, food was cold, like freezer cold!

Been here 3 times. Trip 1: cold food. Trip 2: cold food. Trip 3: wrong food.

Seriously this is by far the worst fast food place on Earth. Is it really a coincidence that it is across the street from the worst Wal-mart on Earth?

Thanks for not putting any ketchup in my to-go order. I'm back at the office and have to eat my fries all dry and crusty.

They didn't have coffee during breakfast time?? I asked for a coffee and the cashier said they don't have iced coffee, which I didn't ask for. I explained that I wanted hot coffee. She kept repeating that they didn't have iced coffee, then ignored me when I inquired. I won't be back.

Fries were cold, and, the breading on the chicken for my sandwich seemed like it had been in the warmer for too long. The box to my pie was opened already?... Overall the staff were nice and the tables were clean, but, time-tags need to be utilized, and, as much as I love front-porch-sitting; the back doors need to have screens on them so not so many flys get in.... if they're going to be open all the time that is. Just sayin'

Enjoy looking at one half of the long hair that was inside my Whopper. The other half I spit up. I was denied a refund. It must be technologically impossible to access a refund from a cash register. Instead, they wanted to make me another sandwich or give me credit to eat another hairy sandwich from that location. Don't want more hairy food from them. It would be nice if BK, a multimillion dollar company would at the least refund me $9.27 + the gas money it took me to drive back. Covid-19 health precautions, I think not.

I kid y'all not when I tell you me and my family went here on a Saturday night because everywhere else was so crowded ......so we end up sitting in line longer than expected. Let's just say 40 minutes drive thru. That's crazy. CLEVELAND SUCK!!!! And the fact that ppl don't wanna work is even more shameful! #IHATEITHERE

Worst Burger King ever.. every time I go they're instantly rude. No one gives a fuck here. At all. You're better off going inside. Unless you have kids. Employees are cussing, yelling at each other. My order is wrong almost every time. This place gives me anxiety, because they're rude, I know my order will be wrong... and I feel like I'm the wrong person.. when giving an order because of how they reciprocate. All in all. The reviews before me did nothing, as shall this. Get your act together... this is a business. Just because it's in a certain area doesn't mean it has to have or serve bad quality service. Good luck.
