Burger King

I order food from this establishment, and while the double whopper was delicious, I ordered a large fry, and it could barely qualify as as a small fry.

This was an online order, and by the time I received the order the entire order was less than like warm. The poor excuse for a large fry was almost cold and inedible.

While the meal was fine, it was slightly overpriced, cold, and lacking in terms of quality and especially quantity.

I always get the French toast sticks. I ordered today from the mobile app. Scheduled a pickup time for 7:30. The order was placed at 7:10am. I get there at 7:38 lady asked may I help you I said I'm picking up a mobile order. She looks confused and say oh ok. I have to wait longer because she had to go drop the French toast. What's the point of scheduling a time if you're going to wait 10 minutes after the scheduled time to drop the sticks. Now I get the sticks. They are over cooked. TRASH

Foods not bad but the addidtude on this mid 30s central american lady is crazy i was being respectfull and still gave additude, tbh dont even come here its not worth it waiting 20 minutes for your food

It was my birthay on August 9th 2020! Why don't I enjoy an unhealthy,tasty and cheap burgar as my birthday guilty pleasure.I stopped by here.2020 is a year of COVID19. The Burger king tried to clean the faclities.It was Okay. I got my Texas burgar.This was my best burgar.I want to celebrate my birthday more.I want to live longer.The best way to live longer is to eat healthy food.No fries and burgars! LOL.

My previous and most recent transactions earned this burger king on Bissonet@Bellaire a zero star but unfortunately, there are no zero stars to proceed one has to choose something because this place does not deserve even a star. They are nonchalant about their mistakes of giving you wrong others. I drove all the from Stafford to return the wrong orders they gave me without even offering just ice tea for driving in the heat for their careless mistakes. The worst of all was I repeated my orders X2 at the window and the staff agreed with me to get home with the wrong items. This is not the first time but I was on my way home and I didn't have the strength of going to one near me due to traffic. Again, their infection control was out of order, staff had facial masks only over their mouths while their noses were uncovered and one young guy was robing his hands over his nose and nostrils while bagging customers' food. I thought about covid and other types of mucous membrane mode of transmission.
No handwashing or other types of sanitization are available to my visual knowledge. Please keep your eyes on what they are doing to your orders.

Stopped in on Sunday around 8:30pm for coffee. They had already put it away.

Today, I dropped in for an apple pie. It is a triangle container. The pie has a soft crust and the filling is the best part. They have seating for 2 people, 3 people and booth seating too. I picked the non booth seating. The chairs are a bit high. They are comfortable enough to eat and write a 2 page paper.

Maybe someone was having a bad day...
I ordered a Whopper Jr...it was drowning in mayonnaise. Don't get me wrong, I don't want a dry burger, but it was literally making the bag wet with mayonnaise.
The lettuce was wilted like they scraped it off the bottom of the fridge or something.
Y'all can do better than this.

When you can find an English speaking employee you will find out this location does not honor the National 10% Senior discount. How rude! With so many better choices like Bernies and Bellaire Broiler across the street anyway I'll choose to no longer patronize them.

I always ask for xtra like mayo ketchup and mustard I like my burger sloppy when I asked for this on my burger they told me it already comes with it ok but I want xtra ... when I pulled up close to the window the lady that took my oder was just giving ugly faces like if I asked it for free ..smh but it's ok I not come to this Burger King anymore
