Burger King

Trapped in a Burger King driveway.... I pulled up to order food, but since no one greeted me on the drive through speaker after a minute, and from the general look of abandonment, I assumed they were closed down. I pulled forward, but there was a car stopped at the window. I assumed they would be leaving soon so tried to sit patiently. Two other cars pulled in behind me, and the car in front sat... for about 15 minutes.

The drive thru has a ledge so you cannot leave the line, the employees hung out the window, chatting while the drivers behind started honking. She yelled that we should just back out and leave.

Rude staff, very poor service, and the place looks closed. I don't think anyone actually got food while I was there.

I ordered for delivery through Uber eats a whopper with cheese no tomato or pickle large onion rings and a large Coke. When it was delivered to me I received a whopper with no cheese just lettuce and onions no sauce medium French fries and a large sprite.French fries and a large sprite.

People need to learn how to read my receipt on the outside of the bag was correct the contents in the bag was not I am more than pissed off I am so livid I am surprised that this Burger King up here at this location is still open there's never any cars around there they need to do a major overhaul get people in there that can read they can check orders I'm done with Burger King.

However, great does not quite describe how we are feeling right now. Before and during Covid, we found this store closed, but we didn't feel like it would ever reclaim the great BK name... until tonight!

Best fast food my wife and I have had in a long time. Burgers had a great charred taste. everything was exactly as ordered. it's Halloween night. Manager give this server and cook a raise. they seriously nailed it and are awesome.

Horrible service. Unbelievable wait time - especially for a "fast food" place. The drive thru is a joke and ordering inside isn't much better. Placed an online order at 12 noon, arrived at the location at 12:10, and I didn't receive my food until 12:38. Meanwhile, the one person working the grill is just laughing and having a good ole time and telling the only person working the register "it's okay. They can wait." I cannot wait. I'm on lunch and have to go back to doing my job. I would say see you next Tuesday but I will never be back to this dump. Don't waste your time. There's a Taco Bell, McDonald's, and Wendy's right down the street.

Store door always closed to customers. Drive through wait is crazy and at the window is another 30-45 minutes. I don't understand why have this store open. A waste of space. They always have an excuse for everything. They say they do t have employees. They only have 1 cook. Meanwhile there's people that work there just che chatting in the dining room area. They even see you coming to the door and they won't open but instead start laughing. Couple of this this has happened to me with this store. I only go there before I do DoorDash and I have to pick up and order for a customer. AGAIN WASTE OF SPACE!! 8:19am and the store it's closed when on the sign at the door says they open at 7am..

when its past 8 they chill in the kitchen and say they only have one sandwich on the menu for the night the night shift crew are lazy and talk with atitude

3/23/21 one car in front of me in drive thru and waited over 30 minutes for the driver in front of me to get served. I just drove off after that driver received his order. I will call restaurant to talk to a manager. Horrible service.

We stopped by burger kind yesterday to pick up some food to take home. We sat in the drive-through for 10mins before someone would take our order. As we were waiting to pay for the food. We waited for an hour to pay for our food. And the first window was closed and we had to move forward to the second window to pay, As I was making a suggestion why didn't they open the first window for pay the manager stated there were only three people in there working. also stating most of their employee did not come to work.

Honestly, burger king uses to be a wonderful place to go and get food. But now The service is not good anymore. I will not stop there again. they need to get their act together. or something.

Last time I was in this location was 2018, I was hoping it would be better now, I sat in the drive through for over a minute waiting for someone to take my order, nothing. There were only two vehicles in the lot when I pulled in, since no one was in front of me, I thought they were closed, so I pulled around and one car was at the window I had to wait to leave. I pull up to the window and ask if the speaker was broken, employee replied no. I don't understand how they stay in business.

THE WORST BURGER KING EVER!!!!!! Took forever and then Messed up the order 3 times!!! Absolutely terrible!!!!
