Buona Vita

Stopped in at 4:30 ish, didn't realize they opened at 5.
Somewhat rude person greeted us and said "we're closed!"
Very unpleasant sewage smell in restaurant, made it an easy choice to dine somewhere else.

While the staff at Buona Vita is attentive and committed to providing excellent service, there may be occasional instances where they are understaffed, which could lead to longer wait times. However, the overall dining experience is one to savor, with a charming setting and delicious food to enjoy.

If you want a sub par, strip mall, inauthentic can't-even-call-it-Italian dinner go here! Worse than Olive Garden. Food was swimming in grease. Literally microwaved Lean Cuisine quality. Waited for a hostess for 10 mins while a woman standing at the host stand, assuming she's the manager, texted on her phone and didn't acknowledge us once.

Chuckee Cheese of Park City.

There are a number of Italian restaurants in Park City, but my hubby saw this one as we were leaving a sushi place, so we tried it the next night. I got the carbonara ... it was fantastic. Service was quick and pleasant, and it's a nice, cozy atmosphere on a snowy night!

Showed up for our reservation. Not ready. manager was rude and 20
mins later table would be ready. see you. there are so many better choices in Park City that are managed by professionals.

Made reservations for my daughters 18 bday - we arrived early and they seated us right away. Our server was excellent. Described the food very well and gave us recommendations. Everything was delicious and came out in a timely manner. We had dessert and that was delicious too!
Would highly recommend but suggest reservations!

The pizza and lasagna were highlights, the mussels were fantastic!

Mediocre food. Decent service. Don't get the bolognese. Watery sauce that needed salt.

The carbonara was good but needed seasoning. My husband did a spaghetti with garlic oil and sun dried tomatoes. Both were good but I would probably try somewhere else next time. Location was excellent if you are staying at the Marriott.

Mediocre and over priced. Staff was a little inattentive and wine wasn't great. We sat by the fire which was nice but a little too hot.

We had a get away to PC and after a long day looking for dinner close to our lodging and "comfort" food. We choose Buona Vita. It was within walking distance and good pasta is definitely comforting. Fresh bread and a garlic, red pepper butter is delivered complimentary. So good. For dinner, we ordered a side salad which was delicious and then our entrees were Alla Nastar (pasta with a creamy red sauce and chicken) and Quattro Formagii. The Alla Nastar was tasty and had way more chicken than expected. Overall hearty and I took at least 1/2 of it to go. The Quattro Formagii very creamy and perfect "stick to your sides" pasta with the 4 variety cheese sauce. Service was prompt and friendly. Definitely recommend if you are looking for an Italian dinner.
