Budget Car Rental

Gayle and I rented a Hyundai Sedan from Budget at Hector International Airport. I made the reservation through Costco Travel and go a good price. We picked it up last Thursday afternoon, and dropped it off early Monday morning. The guy at the desk on Thursday was Midwest nice and we sure did appreciate that the car was an easy walk out from the Terminal.

We drove all around Fargo-Morehead and onward to Harvey ND and back. The car was clean and comfortable, and ran like a champ.

11:20 AM Call.. What if the person calling was going to give you great Business? The person that answered the phone did not have any courtesy; did not say their name, and did not even let me ask a question. All he said was " first off we do not have any and do not have answers to your questions. Bad customer service.

Make sure you go over every fine detail of the reservations made online. They do not send the emails or deal directly with the website. Waste of time.

These guys rented me a Kia Soul for $14/day. Staff is soooo friendly and helpful. Part of it is that North Dakota upbringing. Lots of very nice folks up here.
