Budget Blinds of Oregon City

We used budget blinds a few years ago. Called again because we moved into a new house and we had great customer service and product support with them. Maya was our sales person again. She has such a knack for helping pick out the best colors and textures if you're on the fence with anything. If maya says it'll look good we believe her! Justin came out to instal our shades. He had three windows to do and did so in just about an hour. Was very kind and respectful. From sales to install we had a really great experience yet again!

When first getting 8 blinds from this company in 2015, I worked with Cody and Amanda who were both terrific - no problems, no criticisms, however, after requesting two be replaced last November, the employee they sent felt they all needed to be replaced and put in the order. Problem began when he came back to install them and found one missing - it wasn't included in the reorder. BTW, I had to pay him a $50 'service charge' to install the 7 blinds which I hadn't been advised of. Second problem began after calling them three times with and getting zero response so the emails began late December/early January after leaving my final vm stating my review was about to be put on YELP, then I received a call back. At that time, I was advised that the manufacturer was out of the fabric and I'd have to choose another one. First I get an email from another staffer setting a day/time for a designer to come out, then I'm told they'd send phone shots of the swatches instead which were difficult to hold up to a window to see what color they'd be with daylight showing through, so I suggested she mail them and I'd return them when installation was complete. Swatches arrive, emailed Jennifer - boss with my choice. This is followed by another email stating now I was to be charged $75 for installation of the one shade left out of the order by their employee. They wanted $125 to rectify their mistake. When the installer was here the first time, he said most folks don't read the warranty which states the blinds are to be raised and lowered EVERY DAY. However, the warranty actually states, the above is RECOMMENDED not, if don't do this your warranty becomes null and void.

Finally, I opted for them to send the blind - free to me. I wouldn't recommend them nor ever use them again. They have zero customer service and respond as though I owe them something - responses I have to almost beg for. Lousy, lying, bottom-liners.

We just purchased our new home and needed to add some window coverings for all the windows. We reached out to multiple companies but found Budget Blinds of Oregon City would be best for our needs.

I would like to say that Amanda was a pleasure to work with. She was very responsive with all communication from the very beginning until the job was done. Travis was able to come out to take measurements when we needed him to and install temporary blinds while our new ones were on order. It took a few weeks to get them and as soon as they arrived we already had an appointment to have them installed. Travis returned and had them installed in no time at all.

Our house now looks better than ever and we are happy. Thank you to the team at Budget Blinds of Oregon City for all your help, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for blinds. The customer service is amazing and pricing was affordable.
