I've been going to Buda Vision Source for years with great service until this past fall I ordered my 1 year supply of contacts.
The order comes in. I go in & they hand me a 6 month supply stating the lady whom placed the order made a mistake. Okay, mistakes happen!
So I pay again (she messed up my charge too) and I place another 6 month supply of contacts.
I placed my order NOVEMBER 5.
Today is JANUARY 2.
It's been 2 months. I have called numerous occasions but they don't know how to answer the phone. At this point I'm wondering if they're still in business? I am a SAHM, but I guess I'll have to load everyone up in the car to go in person to resolve this issue again.

No! Go somewhere else blow my prescription, had to reorder still the prescription was too strong over 300 dollars down the drain.

Meghan the Manager was able to assist me and get my kid seen and they new set of trial contacts and ordered a year supply of contacts for my kiddo. She was very kind and helpful.

It was then suggested that we should get her contacts, but do it within 30 days of her original eye exam for glasses and contacts would help correct her vision. Received part of a trial and paid an extra $135 for a contact visit. This process started in May. It is now the end of June and we still have no contacts. I've called three times each time getting a vague response as to why they don't have contacts in and no follow up call or update from this office. Nice staff but not very efficient or helpful.

Have been followed here 3 years. My husband and I go for routine eye visit only.
He went today for his exam under my eye insurance. The optometrist said he had a concern that could lead to blindness and to come back in 6 weeks, instead of more appropriately referring to a Opthomologost. They did not make a diagnosis, and changed billing to Medicare Medical. Much more pricy.
Also wanting to charge for wanting to keep same glasses with updated lenses.
Poor communication, feels like a racket, and very upsetting to be charged fees without communicating why we can not use our good eye insurance.

For years, my husband and I have been going to 3310 B FM 967 for all our eye exams and glasses. However, the original management is gone - along with any hint of customer service. Buda Vision has taken over, and the treatment from the staff is thoroughly unprofessional and rude...Rude...RUDE! Save your money. Save your time. Go anywhere else!

Such a disappointment staff. They vouched the insurance covers it all, and urge me to sign the paper. Then threw a surprise at the ending of $130 fee that came out of nowhere. The front desk and manager were shady about it, I confronted them and said you told me it'd be $0, they were like well you have to pay the fee that is separated. They couldnt tell what/where this $130 came from.. Dishonest service, moved to other doctor and they were QUITE honest about the cost and allegedly said they were just trying to get your money using fees because insurance covers it all so they are trying to get people pay out of pocket for more earnings. Yikes!

Great Dr. Horrible support staff. Twice I've received the "all covered" by insurance. Expectations set. Whoops, on signing in actual pricing more than double. Blah, blah insurance info and approval not available at time of appt check. Classic bait and switch.

Been going here for four years all of a sudden they don't know my past eye prescriptions......waited two weeks for trial contact and u have to make an appointment to try on......no help.....staff can be rude at times.....find a new profession if you don't like customer service......

This was my first visit and while the doctor was great, I'm not impressed with the office staff. My husband and I both ordered glasses. We were told that due to Covid, it was taking 3-4 weeks to get glasses back from the lab. Today, 5 1/2 weeks later, my husbands glasses are in and mine are expected in 2 weeks. We left voicemails but didn't get a call back until we had someone at the appointment desk send a message. There was no communication once they had our money. Not impressed! Please try to treat people as if they matter.
