LIke Forest Gump Trivia and themed restaurants? then head over!
its a cute option -- but you definitely have to be in the mood for the quirky decor and dorky pop quiz from the servers.
Lots of options (even if you dont want shrimp and seafood - my mom liked the fried chicken)
Sampler portions are very generous. And the we all had to go boxes for half our meals. -

Wellp, this is pretty much overpriced bar food, with the family restaurant atmosphere. Still, decent place to go when I get a craving for some fried shrimp. Their adult frozen drinks taste good, but have a pretty weak alcohol content....Don't compare to the Key West floaters for sure! Probably better off sticking with a beer.
As far as food goes, the peel and eat shrimp is pretty much the only thing I come here for. Yummy! Everything else is pretty generic and not worth mentioning. Friendly staff, though the trivia game they make you play gets kind of repetitive after a few times. -

The first time I went to Bubba Gump I thought it was excellent. It sure seemed to have gone downhill or I've upped my standards.
I always order the Cajun shrimp appetizer. My first couple of times, it was really good, but since, it's never been duplicated. Not consistent at all.
I did try the Shrimp Shack Mac and Cheese this last time. Good idea, but it was undercooked. Would have been nice to be browned on the top. Attention to details. Probably, because they're so busy, they just want to get the orders out.
I've tried a few different main dishes, but none really memorable. I do however enjoy the Shrimpin' Dippin' Broth. Pretty pricy for what you get, but fun eating, and pretty tasty.
I think I'm done with Bubba Gump. Not that great, too pricy, and way too touristy. -

this place is really not as bad as a two star but it's also not worth a three.
1st of all, the portion is medium. and the waitress made a point about it looking exactly like the pictures and not getting a small plate but i think she really needs to get out and look at other restaurants.
2ndly, the shrimps are not fresh. I KNOW WHEN I AM EATING PROCESSED SHRIMP. For those of you that don't know, no shrimp is that perfect salmon color all around after being cooked. I think if you own a restaurant that is shrimp everything you better be doing the extras. I want to know that my shrimp is alive until the minute you cook them.
3rd, the food is too pricey for what it is. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT. this is one of those things where the price is in the middle and the food quality is in the middle-lower. you can either save up some money and get something really good or spend a little less money for something worth it. i think bother of those choices are still better than just settling.
this place is not that bad if you have to settle, but i don't think you should. -

I am a little conflicted about my feelings for this restaurant. The food was amazing and the servers were very friendly... when you could get one to stop.
The wait to be seated was a little excessive. I understand that it was a Sunday and my party was a little on the larger side (7.5) but our expected wait time was exceeded by about 25 minutes. We finally had to approach the hostess to make sure they hadn't forgotten about us,
Once we were seated, we were cramped into a very small side room with a larger table and more chairs that we needed. We were visiting with family we hadn't seen in over a year so the cramped space seemed unimportant at the time.
Then the service begins! Or not.
Four out of seven of our drinks were immediately delivered to our table. We waited about fifteen minutes before flagging down another server to get the rest of our drinks. She returned with one. We waited an additional ten minutes before taking my daughters sippy cup directly to the soda fountain to be filled. Our server returned to our table shortly after, we requested the final drink we had ordered, he delivered it about five minutes later. Our drink order is complete! Refills anyone? Yes! One and it took about fifteen minutes to receive.
Our drink order was probably the most significant example of the lack of service we received, but it followed suit throughout our visit. It felt as if we were constantly flagging down servers, one after the other, until we could finally get someone to follow through with what we were asking for. On more than one occasion a server would say there were going to get something for us then did not return. Our requests were simple things that you would expect from any restaurant such as a straw, cocktail sauce or a refill.
While we were dining, my daughter spilled her food next to our table. At least two servers passed by as we were cleaning it up and did not offer to help. We stopped three servers to ask for a trash bag for the paper towels we had used to clean the spill before someone actually brought one. Then we had to stop ANOTHER server to request a mop for the rest of the clean up. I'm surprised they didn't hand us the mop!
When we received our $240 bill with the gratuity included I felt it explained our poor service. I even had to leave the table and track someone down to pay our bill.
Friendly staff. Incredibly food. POOR service. -

Our waiter Pablo was cool! On a whim, we went down to Long Beach to see the Queen Mary. For eats, we stopped by Bubba Gump Shrimp.
Everything was very delicious and well priced.
As they say in the movie, "Life is like a box of chocolates...you never know whatcha gonna get".....and their menu is such; everything is very creative and all very good -

Went there for my first time this past Saturday, and must say I had a great experience. The food was pretty good, but what made my experience the most amazing one I've had anywhere was our server Victoria. She was a blast in ever aspect. She attended to our needs plus some.
My recommendation is to ask for Victoria hands down! -

Had lunch on Friday at bubba gump, shrimp had the bucket of trash, and before I could get home, almost couldn't make to the restroom, had diarrhea, and stomach cramping, this was my last time at bubba gump for life. Talked to the manager later that evening Reggie, made it seemed like it was something I ate earlier that day, I think not, what a waste of. My hard earned money and still feeling the lasting effect of the bucket of trash,

Let's go to Bubba Gump's in Long Beach!
Let's drive on the Grand Prix raceway!
Let's take a cruise!...wait, what?
Our girls got the giggles when (his name that shall not be spoken)'s phone: Led us to a wrong left turn, then over a bridge, and into a cruise terminal.
Whoops, thank goodness for the 30 minute grace period.
If you are headed to this area: right after you make the descent down in-between the Grand Prix stands on Shoreline Drive, make sure you turn into one of the parking structures. All of the shops are within a short walking distance.
We were seated instantly. I ordered the Louisiana Lemonade and it was surprisingly strong & delicious. I didn't even realize that I got to take the glass home. Our server was enthusiastic, actually bordering theatrical. When we had finished our meal and paid, he promised to return quickly with a clean glass. We waited, and waited...watched him take an order, disappear, and then re-appear with a tray of food for another table. I stood by the kitchen entrance (to corner him and ask about the glass) and was less than entertained by his request for a high five.
The hush pups were marvelous, as always. My husband ordered Lt. Dan's Drunken Shrimp, which wasn't as good as the Anaheim location's version. I ordered the bucket of boat trash and my girls ordered the Forrest Seafood Feast. All of the shrimp was excellent. The lobster claw was tough and everyone agreed that their fish had a "musty/moldy" taste. Luckily, we all had plenty of other things to eat on our plates.
You know what Momma says.

I spent a lot of time here the other day, probably about 5 hours or so, which is a lot for a restaurant.
They have a nice seating area outside for people that are waiting to be seated, it was nice because after a long day at the aquarium, I was able to sit and rest my feet. We were told a 10-15 minute wait. It was more like 25 minutes. When we asked the hostess how much longer, she said we would be up next. Okay. Well, they called us and we waited in the line in the hallway to be seated for another 10 minutes. Totally pointless.
They sat us in a secluded area since our party was 8 people. 8 people and they sat us at a table with 12 seats. I'm still trying to figure that out, the extra seats did nothing but get in the way and make it more cramped and crowded.
Every server here is known as Lt. Dan. I'm sure anyone can pick up on that. They have an interesting paging system here too that involves license plate looking things in red and blue so that the server knows if you need them or not. That was the best way for us to get a hold of our non existent waiter who was more interested in helping the larger party that was seated next to us.
We got a punch of appetizers. A large order of shrimp and cocktail sauce, fries and calamari. The shrimp was okay, fries were good, I'm not a calamari fan. By that time, I was so full on appetizers and pregnancy bloat had gotten the worst of me, I really was not hungry. (Upon reading another Yelpers review, it dawned on me that perhaps my severe gas problem may not have been completely due to my pregnancy, but perhaps the food here. I also had the shrimp here and ever since that, our walk around town after dinner was miserable for me. It was so hard to walk without cramping from the severe amount of gas and bloating that I was experiencing). I so badly wanted to shrimp tacos but knew it would be a waste of money as I wasn't going to put a dent in them and I wasn't going to have a chance to take my to go box back up to the car. I rested upon a side salad (priced so steeply at almost $6!!!!) which my husband ate more of than I did. My husband got the strawberry shortcake, which he really liked. Neither of us finished either. Everyone else at our table got a bunch of fish and burgers, which they all really liked.
The only thing I really have to complain about is that our server was, again, non existent toward the end of our time there. When it came time to pay, he dropped off the check and we never saw him again. I had to pay our share by going up to a cashier to have them take our stuff off the bill and my friend had to go over to the gift shop to pay for hers. Gratuity was added in our check and I wondered why it was when our server was so interested in helping the table of 15 more so than doing his job with us, which was quite minimal since we really weren't demanding at all. Also, my friend ordered a drink, which never found our table until 30 minutes later, and after we told a serving waitress that we never got it.
I would consider coming back here MAYBE when its less crowded. I can assume that the waiters would better tend to your table while it be less crowded. Now that I think about how expensive this place is, I may not come back actually. -

Hmmm, Bubba Gump! They have some fantastic seafood selections. Their Run Across America sampler is a great way to start out... They have a good bar with some tasty mixed drinks, but their beer selection is very weak! Always had top notch service here and great tasting and quality food.
The servers are fun, and the Forest Gump trivia is always a fun way to break up the lull while waiting for your food. Sometimes the servers are less than enthusiastic about dolling out the trivia... and you can tell by their tone and lack luster they are just going thru the motions. but whatever, I don't come here for that... I come for the shrimp!
Make sure you go to the gift shop and getting your parking ticket validated... they (generally) don't offer up the validation or remind you to do so... -
Review from Manny P.
Burbank, CA
Man, I had a great time at the Aquarium across the street, was happy with my family, and since I love shrimp I decided to try the well-known Bubba Gump for the first time. Man, I should've just gone home and not end up mad.
There's like 4 doors all around and you walk around trying to figure out how to get to a hostess, and man, it felt like this joint had "a server per table" a lot of them, didn't know who to talk to. So after miraculously finding the main door from the inside we went back out and saw these 3 girls who just sent us back in by the red signs, where this dude was the host. The place was about 20% filled with customers all around in different spots. This guy takes me, my wife and baby all the way straight down the hall and then to the right, completely empty and you know you're gonna think "oh shit, they're gonna forget we're back here!" and I said it to him, he smiled and said not to worry. I should've changed our seats but we were starving, so whatever.
So after our server showed up about 7 mins later and seemed to be like a robot reciting the specials and whatnot, he kept coming back every 5 minutes or so. And I noticed that the more he came back, the more time he would be gone for; Say... 4 mins, 6 mins the next one, 8 mins, then 10 and 15 and then he forgot about us and our drinks and out orders. And I hate complaining cause this guy was actually a nice guy, but the way this place has their servers working makes no fucking sense. He's with us in one corner, then doing other tables all the way outside. While others are just walking around wiping tables and whatnot looking busy.
Here's the part that pissed me off the most (Taking what I wrote above into account) these other couple and their kid got sat behind my wife, so okay, another family shoved in the corner. Cute. Time passes, 15 minutes, they get served everything they ordered, I shit you not. During those 15 minutes, another family got sat across our table. And guess what, they got served their appetizers 2 minutes after the others got their meals. By now, 20 minutes after ordering everything we have only had gotten our so called " Best ever popcorn shrimp" Please! don't get it, it's not the best ever, and for 8 dollars I expected to see a lot of fucking shrimp OR at least a FAIR amount of shrimp, 'cause 6 breaded tiny shrimps and 20 breaded peppers slices don't make sense, bubba!!!
So there we were, starving, waiting for food, hoping our waiter remembered we were back there, which he did when passed by to fill drinks and he glanced and noticed. when I finally gotten my food while everyone else was rubbing their belly with joy I was able to enjoy their Fish and Chips; it was good all over, and wifey got the Shrimp Broth, it was okay, kinda like a failed attempt to Killer Shrimp's broth idea.
Apparently the company thinks already service is bad cause each table has these license plate signs one in red (stop forest stop) and blue (run forest run) which are indicators for any waiter or staff to stop and help you. And I had to freaking use it, twice! cause my waiter wasn't around, or barely any other waiter, since the ones around us were pretty much done with those families! And the place was by now 25% filled, mind you.
I personally won't come to this place again. I'm a nice guy, but when it comes to my food and service don't fuck with it. Final Thought: popcorn shrimp, fish & chips, shrimp broth and a diet coke were $67 bucks. there.... think about that one, friends. I rather spend my usual $97 at Joe's Crab Shack and enjoy the great amounts of freshly cooked shrimp, lobster, crab and beer we get. -

I've never paid 20 dollars for 4 inches of fish and cold rice. AND I have never sat in a restaurant still hungry after I had just eaten my meal.. Do not go if you care about the quality and quantity of food that you will receive, because you will be let down.

I 1st came out to check it out because I was a fan of the movie, but the delicious food keeps me coming back. I really enjoy their engaging service & fun casual atmosphere. The entrees I've loved so far are: Shrimper's Net Catch, Frizzled Onion Strings, Bubba's Far Out Dip, Seafood Hush Pups, Shrimp Po' Boy, Dumb Luck Coconut Shrimp, Bubba's After the Storm "Bucket of Boat Trash", Shrimper's Heaven, Forrest's Seafood Feast, Steamed Shellfish, and the Best of the Best Sampler "The Hook, Line and Sinker".

I love Bubba Gump! Considering every location scores pretty low...I still love the SCRIMP factor at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co.
This location is a bit hidden from restaurant row off the Pike. Even though it's hidden, the location is right next to the Aquarium of the Pacific and next to the main parking lot for that area (get your parking stubs validated for lunch) which is perfect.
If you get the chance when the weather's right (sunny and warm), sit outside in their patio during lunch. You'll get to people watch, you'll get the nice view of the aquarium and the nice sea breeze. Minus some brownie points for the darn pigeons (the staff bounces a basketball every so often to scare them away).
I'd only go to Bubba Gump for their SHRIMP. Nothing more. They also have good drinks and happy hours too I think. The restaurant is more touristy, but I don't mind their shrimp dishes for lunch/dinner. They have pretty good service here at this location too. -
Review from Carmen H.
I would have given them 4 stars but their seating system needs major improvement.
We were told for our group (6) it would only be a 20 min wait. We literally watched others that arrived after us get seated before us. When we were fed up after 45 mins of waiting and questioned why we were being passed up we were told "well you have to understand". A few mins later it would have been "stupid is what stupid does". heehee
I did enjoy the atmosphere there. Our waitress and other servers made up for the lack of "hospitality" that we experienced waiting.
The food was good (we were hungry) but it was pricey for the portions.
I really enjoyed the song that they sing for birthday's that are being celebrated.....as I said the servers made it into a great experience. -
Review from Scott G.
Bubba Gumps certainly appeals to the "out of towner," so much so our waitress' first question was where are you visiting from? Either that, or I am so dorky looking she assumed I couldn't possibly be from LA. I have been here a handful of times and it is always connected with a visit to the Aquarium, where we have season passes.
Today, we needed lunch and decided to give Bubba's a go. My first reaction where the prices. Yikes! They are fine for a dinner entree $17+, but definetly seem slightly high for a place to bring the rug rats and eat fish before or after you look at fish. Twisted, huh?
We started with some garlic bread and strawberry lemonade. The garlic bread is so buttery that it literally drips butter when you take a bite, which I realize is a selling point for some and a turn off for others. It was good, but I kept envisioning my veins clogging up with eat bite. The strawberry lemonade is good, but be warned they charge $.99 for refills. Hello? This isn't 1985, aren't free refills a right of passage now?
I went with the Mahe Mahe main over jasmine rice and the World's smallest shrimp. The meal was good, certainly tasty enough. I did think the shrimp were insultingly shrimpy!
Look, you can't beat the convenience factor if you are at the Aquarium or around the harbor, but it does come with a tourist mark-up. I steal silverware to make-up for it...Listed in: Strong Beach, Only as a parent...

OMG! The food here is amazing... I live in San Diego, which unfortunately has not discovered Bubba Gump yet, so every time I go to Long Beach I have to come here. The have a huge menu, and do offer plenty of things for people that don't eat seafood. I always end up getting the Fish and Chips and my fiance gets the Shrimper's Heaven and we split it. They're both amazing! Great quality seafood, yummy fries, and I love how they give you so many different sauces with the shrimp. Everything always cooked perfectly, and they also have a ton of good drink options. Sometimes the waiters come around and play a Forrest Gump trivia game which is pretty fun. The atmosphere is cool, gotta love the theme, and the staff is always friendly and fun. It is a little pricey, mainly since it's seafood, but it's so worth every penny. I can't wait until someone opens one here in SD!!

We came here after going to the Aquarium of the Pacific, since it was right across the street, it was extremely convenient for lunch. We were seated outside on a nice sunny day, but our waiter was a creepster. Super weird. I'm not sure if the servers are suppose to say all those corny Forest Gump jokes, we were hit with a few of them. It made us feel a little awkward, since we just wanted to eat our food.
My order of the Forest's Seafood Feast was good but boy was it a lot of fried food. I didn't want that much fried food, but was suggested this plate by our server. Good shrimp though. My wife had the shrimp mac n' cheese, which was gooey and cheesy. Tasty and is a pretty hefty portion.
Excellent location, good food, extremely overpriced. Probably won't come here again, but it was a decent experience. -

Fun atmosphere, great service, but the food is so-so and REALLY expensive. My shrimp po-boy was decent, but my wife's fish and chips were not that good. The kids had pretty basic burger and mac and cheese. Nothing too bad, but kinda mediocre.
What really bugged me was the prices. Even with a $25 gift card, we were still out almost $70. Only two of us got beverages, and they charged us almost $6 for a salad with our meal!! That's way too much. Salad was nothing special, either.
Enjoyable experience, but due to the prices, I would not go here again.
At least they validated parking. -

Shrimp, cooked any kind of way, is my FAVORITE so I just knew that Bubba Gump's would be my new go-to place for all my shrimp needs.........boy was I wrong!!
I hate their basic breaded shrimp. It is so gross and it makes me gag. How can your basic fried shrimp suck so badly if you're calling yourself a "Shrimp Co."? Doesn't make any sense to me.
They seem like an imitation of Joe's Crab Shack!!
At least they have a decent drink selection.....the only reason why I gave them 2stars. -

I've been coming to this particular location for many years. It's sad to see a trending degrading quality in the shrimp and fish it serves.
I usually come here before or after the LB Aquarium, but I doubt I'll be back here for a while... at least this location. Fried food came out luke warm at best and though they were good about topping me off with water, they didn't clear my empty plates and tried to clear plates I was still working on.
Where has all the good people of Bubba Gump gone? -

My favorite place to order ribs! So good! Sat in the bar to avoid the long wait after the aquarium and had a great time. The bar tenders were all really friendly. Drinks were great. Ribs were amazing as always. But the dessert was amazing. We ordered the chocolate chip cookie with ice cream on top and oh my lord. it was soooo amazing and warm and gooey and perfect. i loved every bite of it. Definetely made the drive home seem long, but a great place to eat for sure!

I normally don't like yelping about chain restaurants but I felt that I needed to because of the service my family and I received here recently.
My wife and I came here looking for a "carb" loading meal since we were running the LB Half Marathon the next morning. There was a long wait for a table and booth so we opted to sit at the bar for our meal (with our 5 year old son in tow).
We were served by a bartender named "Bre." Let me tell you, she gave the most personable and professional service I have ever received while eating a meal at a bar. She was entertaining, funny, and most of all she tended to my family's every need without hesitation. I attentively watched her work her trade making drinks, taking orders and she hustles and works hard without a mere look of a complaint. The bar was busy but she didn't miss a beat with service and was really good with my son by giving him constant attention that a 5-year old craves.
My wife ordered the grilled salmon and rice while I got the shrimp scampi. The portion on my pasta was smaller than I thought but the flavors were on point. The salmon was a little dry for my wife. So for the food I give this place 3 stars.
Despite the so-so rating for the food, I will always give a good review when the service goes beyond what you normally expect. So if you have a long wait for a table, don't hesitate to give the bar a try (especially of Bre is working). You will get top notch service and you won't regret it. -

ugghh, I never imagined I would step foot in here ever again, but I did.
My niece was in town (from sweden, ja) and we decided to take her here because she wanted seafood and likes forrest gump and blah blah blah.
Well it was interesting. There was a guy celebrating his 21st bday with a group of like 8 friends (weird place to celebrate a 21st...) and they came and did the birthday song, but made him dance!! IT WAS GREAT! He wiggled around best he could (I love watching white people dance, I've spent hours upon hours watching youtube videos) and in the end they smashed the homie!! Well they didn't really "smash" him, they threw a pie of some sort in his face! It was great and humiliating at the same time!
So, my wife and I shared a bucket of seafood. Great portions, plenty of crab too! We were stuffed. My niece got some skewers of some sort with shrimp and some other stuff on them, and that didn't really do it for her (brat). She ended up getting in on some crab action (she never actually tasted fresh crab, thanks for popping her crab cherry!) and quickly realized how "bomb" it is.
Good times, I never thought I would say that about this place.
Other notes:
-waiter was on it and fast
-plenty of hot sauce to go around
-if you order one of their signature drinks you get to keep the glass (great for tourists!)
I hope to come back again and watch more people get birthday embarrassed. -

Came here after going to the long beach aquarium and it was busy but we got our food in a timely manner and the staff was friendly as well.
Haven't been to this location but you can't beat a place near the beach especially with seating outside.
Yes we ate alot but it was so good! Had the appetizer with coconut shrimp, regular shrimp cocktail, buffalo chicken, and spinach dip.
We then both got the seafood bucket- $22 (can't rememeber the name) but it came with crab legs, mussels and shirmp. It's hard work cracking open the crab legs. It also comes with garlic bread and a small bowl of jasmine rice. I probably wouldn't get this again because it was a bit tiring to eat and well I shouldn't have ordered a appetizer- normally never do. However, I love seafood and it was decent. I added some hot sauce to the little cup of butter to give it more flavor.
Overall, I like this place it is original and family friendly. Yes a bit cheesy but everything can't be so serious. And yes I was a bit creeped out by my waiter, ehhh. I can overlook that, right? -

We took our family and an out of town guest to Bubba Gump's last weekend after visiting the Aquarium. Being directly across the street is definitely a plus, had I know of all the other great places to eat I would have walked a little further. As with other reviewers I was not impressed with the food and the price was pretty high considering we're just eating shrimp. The help was great, food just so so. Probably will not go to another Bubba Gump's in the future.

You win some, you lose some with Bubba Gumps. I've had great experiences and I've had crappy ones.
This last time in particular wasn't the best. My girlfriend and I came to eat here following a visit to the aquarium and were some of the first guests there. The bartender was trying way too hard to be cool. Explained that he was still hungover from the night before and then plopped down right next to me, damn near on my lap, at a booth table!
Nothing too special about this joint. They make shrimp. Big deal. The end. -

This special place has a special place in my funny bone. Came here awhile back for my sister's birthday and they embarrassed her by singing and dancing. Good memories!
Ever since, I've popped in randomly and had great meals with great service.
Easy to find, it's across the LB Aquarium. Easy to park, next to parking structure. Easy to bus, near free red bus stop. -

I actually don't come here as often but for some reason while driving to the parking garage to go visit Famous Daves, I ended up wanting Bubba Gumps instead.
I just wanted seafood...so I ordered the Steamed Shellfish for $20ish bucks. Basically it was a pot full of a variety of seafood... shrimps, lobster claw, mussels, clams and crablegs (and they did not hold back on the crab legs!!) steamed in butter and a little wine and herbs....SO DELICIOUS. Came with a side of buttered bread and rice.
My boyfriend ordered the fish and chips large...very yummy. Not overly oily but just right.
Not bad at all...and the service was fine... -

It's okay... My niece loved the shrimp and some of their stuff is good, but not out of this world. Location is great and the service was average.
The kids got burgers with fries, and I ordered the soup which was pretty good and a salad. I would have to try their shrimp boiled in broth again to judge whether I would boost the stars up though... maybe next time if the kids are with us again... -

This place is really corny but still I love coming here. I always get something called the Bucket of Trash or something like that. It looks way bigger than it is (lose a star for that) but is tasty never the less.
The staff is always friendly even though I am sick and tired of being asked Forrest Gump questions every time I eat here. I was sick of the movie after the 3rd time, I don't need anymore reminders, thanks!
This place is tucked away with the other cool things around Pine and near the aquarium so this place is another great spot for date night.
Oh, quick tip, if you embarrass easily, do not come here for your birthday, they will mess you up! -

Thank you Bubba Gump's for working hard on getting us a table for 18. We were down at our boat in Shoreline Marina, my sister was getting married on the boat on Sunday. Sat. night, trying to find a place to eat is a joke. They had a huge Jehovah Witness convention or something so everything was booked up.
We walked and walked, 2 hour waits...then I call Bubba Gumps...she says "No problem I will work something out for you...puts me on hold...I can take in you in 10 min on our heated patio" DONE! Thank you so much!! They were crazy busy but worked this out for us, for my sisters rehearsal dinner. The portion sizes have gone down, but the food was still good. My sangria wasn't the best but our waiter was one of the best waiters I have ever had. Super funny, very friendly, was handling 2 big tables at once. Brilliant I say.
So yes, they lose a star for portion size and a bad sangria, but they totally made up for it with service and flavor of food. :-) -

Great food. Such a fun and appealing ambience. I love the large screen constantly playing Forrest Gump in the back of the restaurant. The interactiveness of the waiters was fun.
The portion sizes of some of the meals could have been larger for what you paid but other than that, everything was great! I wish Houston had a location of BGS Co. -

Food is ok. Had to ask 4 times for a side of ranch, by the time we got it we were almost done with the food.
