I needed the back window on my truck replaced quickly and Bruton's really came through! Fantastic customer service. I could not have asked for a better experience.

The team at Bruton's Glass did a fabulous job on my windshield replacement from start to finish. From the beginning, I was very insistent on OEM Honda glass instead of the inferior Chinese glass that insurance companies prefer to use to save costs. The team handled everything and worked with my insurance company to get the factory glass approved. The installer was also did a very good job with the installation. I would definitely recommend them for your automotive glass needs. A+!

I was extremely impressed with the mobile service I received from this company!! I didn't have to deal other insurance as they were most helpful. I spoke with them about what to expect from the chip repair and my concerns were immediately addressed and questions clarified. I'm so happy with this company and will be using them in the future. Had some body work done and the body shop recommended Bruton's for a windshield chip repair. I'd always used Safelite but decided to give Bruton's a try since it was a fairly easy repair.
The technician arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He didn't mind and actually welcomed interaction while the repair was being done. He explained the process while working. The repair came out as perfect as I could expect.
I'm sold on this family run business. Very nice folks on the phone and in person.
I'd much rather support the small family owned businesses personally. Highly recommend these folks.

I have had bad experiences with safelite before so much so that I vowed never to go back after having my windshield redone 3x and still rattled on an old car of mine.

Bruton's got it right the first time, there wasn't a single issue, my car has a showroom shine and they did not get one scratch on it, I am very impressed with Bruton's auto glass, they had my car done the same day, their communication is excellent, and they are responsive, when you call someone always answers, they have flexible scheduling and the owner and the receptionist are super nice.

I would not purchase glass from anywhere else im so impressed.

Absolutely fantastic!! Bobby came out early in the two hour window (no pun intended). Explained to me the process, answered all questions I had. Finished in time. Professional, courteous and friendly!! I HIGHLY recommend them!! As a matter of fact, my friend needs a new windshield and he canceled his original and is going with Bruton after hearing my raves. So refreshing to have a company that cares!!!!
