My husband ordered flowers for me for our anniversary. The delivery arrived on Saturday morning with no issues. The roses were beautiful, but were already fully open. The white Alstroemeria filled out the vase of miniature roses very nicely. I added water when they arrived and did so daily. On Tuesday, I found petals from the Alstroemeria already falling from the bouquet and the roses were already dying - 3 days they lasted. For what they cost I am shocked they died so quickly. My husband called the today to tell them how disappointed we were with the arrangement and the woman on the phone showed no empathy at all. Her comment to my husband was that roses don't last long and he should be sure not to order arrangements with roses in them in the future. Really? Broyles won't have to worry about selling any further flowers to us. As I told my husband, he can go to Sam's Club and for $15 or less can buy me 5 bouquets for what Broyles charged for one. Save yourself from wasting your money and go elsewhere.

A friend had flowers delivered to me when my father passed. The bouquet was made up of mostly cheap daisies and died within 2 days. My friend was in tears when she saw them. She definitely did not get what she paid for! Steer clear.

Broyles was recommended by a friend in the area (I'm in California). It was very important that the flower arrangement be extra special as it was for my sister in law who had only weeks to live. The woman who took my order was very compassionate and promised a beautiful arrangement. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful. It was all that was promised and more.

Do not go in this store, it will ruin your day. The ladies are rude and they rip you off. I told them what I wanted off their website and they did not even come close to getting my order right. This florist gave me 4 flowers, some grass, and charged me $50.95.
