Best brow threading service in town!!! I have been going here since my kids were babies and I stopped waxing my skin off with my brows. Aiesha and her staff are wonderful!! My brows are fleek when I leave there. Love how I feel after their service!!

I stopped in this evening to get my eyebrows threaded. There was an esthetician in the salon who I had not seen before but she did an amazing job. As always, the customer service is great here. They get you in and out. Social distancing is enforced here and hand sanitizer is provided. The estheticians clean in between customers as well. I highly recommend this place.

I've here many times now and I have been satisfied after every visit. Every time I walk in I get taken care of right away. It's much better than going to the eyebrow places in the mall where you usually have three or four people in front of you!

The same lady has done my eyebrows each time and her name is Raj. She gives my eyebrows a nice shape and does not make them too thin like some other places have. She is also very quick and precise. I appreciate this because I find threading to be pretty painful and I like for it to be over quickly. I can walk in and out within 10 minutes at Brow Studio 7.

They have a rewards program. Every dollar you spend you get a point and eventually you can earn a free eyebrow threading. It costs $10 to get your brows done which is pretty reasonable.

The lady tells me that I should come every two weeks, but I try to go every three weeks. The rewards program tells her the last time I was there. I don't really mind when she mentions it.

Overall I'm glad to have found Brow Studio 7 because they do a great job and are very fast. No more waiting 30 minutes to get my brows done at the mall!

I have been coming here for years, I will never let anyone else touch my eye brows. Amazing waiting area, and fast in- out experience. Went in with even a mask when first opened back up, and eye brows still looking as good as always! So thankful!

Groupon led me to this place. Once there Katie put me at ease. My eyelashes look so natural yet so long I don't have to wear mascara. Well worth the money.

And although the groupon said I'd have to use the full within two weeks, Katie said it was good as long as I liked, to try to make them last as long as I could.

I will do be going back. Try a new set of lashes you'll be seriously amazed!

Noticed this place for the first time today. I was on the second floor of the mall. Its location is not as easy as Model Browz, which is right by the DSW entrance. However, this space is larger and more inviting.

You walk in, its well lit, has 4 chairs with large mirrors in front of them. Very comfortable waiting area with a couch and lots of comfy chairs.

They do a lot more than eyebrow threading - but I was there for that. She did a good job cleaning my brows up, and was fast and efficient.

I did have to wait a little while as there were some people who got there before me. They also do full facial threading (sounds painful to me, but I don't have facial hair so am not sure). They do eyebrow tinting and various henna tattoos as well. They offer waxing, although I did not see anywhere that was done behind closed doors, so I'm not sure what kind of waxing they offer. I did not notice any wax either.

More than reasonable pricing. Its a chain, but a small one, and I give it the extra star because the environment is pleasant and the prices are right.

Walked in and out of the store within 6 minutes. You can only imagine how rough my brows look. It's the 2nd day and it doesn't even look like she touched it. Waste of time and money.

Groupon brought me here as well. My initial mink lash application was with Kate Durr. She did a marvelous job! I knew I was going to be a life-long eyelash extension kinda girl after that appointment :) Well, I went back for my fill.... 3 weeks later. My lashes still looked pretty good but it was definitely time for a fill. I requested Kate to do my fill, however I was told she no longer worked there. I didn't think anything of it, I followed through with getting my fill. The woman who did my fill, Elizabeth, was terrible. I don't have many eye lash appointment experiences under my belt to compare this one to, but after my appointment concluded I knew right away it was not done by someone who knew what they were doing. Both of my bottom eye lids were glued to my top lids. The technician had to literally rip them apart, causing some of my bottom lashes to get pulled out (which hurts like a mother effer!) I was poked in the eyeball with tweezers. The lashes that were applied were done so with massive amounts of glue; it looks very clumpy. The lashes themselves are glued together to the point that I cannot brush them. Overall, it looks terrible. I do not recommend this place for lashes. I tried to work with Brow Studio 7 to get my lashes fixed and they were not pleasant. They basically did not care that one of their technicians did such a terrible job. They got their money, end of story. No customer service skills. Instead of fighting it, I just decided to go elsewhere. DO NOT GO HERE FOR LASHES!!! GO TO A PROFESSIONAL.
