Brooklyn Nights

This was my very first time at the venue. I had read the previous reviews so I had a good idea of what I was getting into.

A friend was doing an artist showcase/party and supporting was not optional for me. I brought a gf along for the ride. We got there around 11:40 and the area seemed a little sketchy and I'm no wimp. There were folks who had come for the event who were across the street looking in like they weren't sure if they wanted to go in.

We did and placed a food/drink order right away. We ordered wings and quesadilllas. The bartender told us they were out of wings(how, the party started at 11?) Sigh! Anyway we waited about 40 mins for a quesadillla and an order of mozzarella sticks. I've had better food from food trucks at music festivals. I had a ciroc and pineapple and my gf ordered the small fishbowl. The ciroc was ok but her drink though was crazy strong. Have no idea what is in it but it's their signature drink. Everyone had it. She couldn't handle it at all. Nursed it all night. For the 2 drinks, quesadillla and mozzarella sticks $46. Crazzzzy! I couldn't believe it but because I was out to support a friend I played along.

The dj was nice until he lost me with the shot him on Tues, went to jail on Thurs type of hip hop that the rest of everybody else seemed to love and was really turning up to. By 1 the place was packed and a stripper even showed up. I was all Thr way confused. They do have 2 hookahs on the front right hand side of the bar.

Def not my kind of spot but they know who their niche patrons are and they clearly cater to them. Seems they have that core group who go all the time because they were greeting ecah other like family.

I finally found a bar that stole my heart like how Black Betty's used to in Williamsburg..

Came here for the first time roughly 3-4 months ago. The service was cool. Took a little long with our food, however the drinks were super on point. The drinks weren't watered down at all and they taste really good. Fast forward 3-4 months later, myself and the people that have came with me, have not had a long wait time with food at all.

The reason for the 5star rating, is simple, being a New Yorker you want to come to bar that doesn't look at you as a dollar sign and they have an idea of who you are after the second time and they make you feel as if your home and have a personal bar lol especially since the drinks are priced very well. This place is somewhere you can call your home like cheers everybody knows your name!!

Over 40 minutes for calmari. It's frozen. Could have sat it under the bar lights and had it sooner. They were out of chicken tenders. Not the first time they've run out of food. Bartender is a sweetheart. She was really nice. Mixes a decent drink.

New Friday Night Weekly caters to there guest. The hospitality & atomsphere is amazing. Drink specials cheap & drinks are sure to leave you nice. FishBowls 20 different flavors. What ever your preference of wings they got but my favorite is thai chili. Music is on point they seem to rotate Djs but they play all genres of music.

Ordered via seamless- Never got my food! Attempted to call them and got no response. I even tried to contact them via email and IG- nothing. Had to have seamless customer service cancel the order and return my $45. HOURS later, someone called my phone with music blaring in the back to the point where I could barely hear her, asking "if anyone called this number?" I was hungry and delirious and sleeping at this point so it didn't click that it was the restaurant calling back, so when I asked who is this calling MY phone- the woman just hung up on me. RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL AND HIGHLY FRUSTRATING. If you are hungry, don't even bother. It's a waste of time and money.

Let me start by saying that I have been coming to BK Nights for years but as of late, they have done a 180 as far as ambiance. I come here at least 2x a week. Every night there is something fun happening here. Tuesday night (last night) I went to a comedy show, Laugh Out Loud. Thursday is Seafood night (so good), overall the menu is pretty decent. Wings, nachos, pasta, calamari, the usual. I think they do an open mic here also. If you are a Hip-Hop head, then that night would be your night. If you are in Bed-Stuy and looking for something fun to do, then I definitely recommend here. Oh yeah, drink specials 2-4-1 from 6-8pm. And their fishbowls are AWESOME!!!! One more thing, Hookah and so many different flavors too.

The place was very nice for a quick Friday after work drinks. Happy hour was really good.

First with the negative; The place had no heat when I visited. That's usually a huge issue

The upside: I drank so much I hardly felt cold. I came here with a friend during a super bowl sunday. We initially went up the block to Rustik Tavern and it was really crowded there. We were happy to have come here. The food was good. The drinks were really good and they kept coming. They had a huge screen here where they still showed the game. Her and I were able to still have a conversation with minimal screaming and yelling. I haven't been here in quite some time, but I would definitely go back and recommend it to people looking for a low-key place to hang out without a huge crowd and too much noise.

I came here with a friend and they were having a singing contest. The bar/lounge was small and quaint. I ordered some food, chicken wraps and fries and it took damn near an hour to come out. I was shocked since it wasnt a packed night. Unfortunately when my food did come out the fries were overcooked and my wraps were just okay and lacked flavor. The bar has potential because its in a decent area. However, Its not a spot I need to hang out in again unless someone is having a function.

DJ is awesome, vibe is killin, cute asian girl serving drinks. What more do you need?
