Bron's Beach Carts

Ok people. This is the Gulf Coast. Things rust but these guys have service and are friendly. Run by a bunch of young adults with good attitudes and remember our names. When we had cart trouble they replaced with a better one in 30 minutes. They have us a discount when we mentioned where we were stating. There is also a coupon in the local paper. We uses ours to tour the beach, since it had a beach permit and to go to the jetties and to dinner in town. All Texas laws for vehicles apply even seatbelts. Thanks Bron's!

Just Got back from my 4 day trip to Port A. I 100% Recommend Bron's for Beach Cart Rentals. This is the 3rd Time we have rented from them and Service has ALWAYS BEEN OUTSTANDING. Keep up the Great Service & we will see you again in about 2 Months........!!!

I have been using browns beach carts since they opened. They have always been nice and they even let you pick a color if they have options. The process has always been easy and if there is a problem they will exchange carts if they have an extra. The set up for the bar area is great as well. The bands are nice and they have swings and Corn hole.

No Bluetooth on the carts which we enjoy Some carts don't have windshields. There better options on the island

We called last minute, and they were sold out! But Hannah double checked and a nice newer 6 seater had just came in we she gave us a rent for 3 hours get 4th hour free! Best customer service quick and easy bring you ID , copy of insurance and a major credit card! You will be on your way in style!

I've always wanted to stop by Bron's. I follow their Facebook and Instagram and couldn't wait to make the trip. My husband and I walked up at the front sliding window and asked for drinks. The guy behind the window thought my husband rolled his eyes and told my husband "your about to get slapped for rolling your eyes at me". My husband and I looked at each other in shock! We turned and walked away!! Who speaks to their customers in that way?!? That has never happened to us before and this was a big disappointment.
Pro- nice clean place, lots of activities for others to do
Con- Out of Order bathrooms and employees with attitude.

We have rented golf carts from Bron's for 6 years and have never had a bad experience until this year. Both carts are new, 1st one broke down. Both the 1st and 2nd golf carts are set to not go fast and we are getting passed up up by all other golf carts rented from other businesses.
it has created one of our favorite parts of vacationing at Port A to now be our least favorite.
No refunds are offered to turn in early.
No discount or refund offered due to being broken down, stranded and out a taxi fee.
Will not rent from Bron's in the future.

Great location and great service. Employees are a pleasure to work with and have always been accommodating. The carts are high-quality and have never given us any issues. Also...... the storefront is a fun place to enjoy music, outdoor games and good times with friends and family. I recommend this business.

Reserved a two seater cart on Easter. We paid $90 to have it for about six hours, which I thought was fair. It was a little older than most of the others I saw driving around, so if you are someone who cares about having the best looking ride... Then maybe try one of the other locations or businesses. Or get a six seater from brons they were nicer also. Some of the other carts also had radios and none of the ones at Brons do, but I would rather talk with my honey and visit rather than listen to a radio anyway! !Overall I couldn't be happier with how the day went... The carts make it wonderful to get around and save the travel time walking around the beach. You can drive them anywhere on the street except on the major highway through town, my sweetheart and I had a blast driving around, sightseeing and taking in the beautiful day!

So let me start by saying that this review is 100% on the quality of beverages here at Bron's. I came in from ATL during Spring Break (I'm dumb, I know) and they had zero rentals for the day. But, they did have a bar. Always a winner in my book. As we are standing there trying to decide what we wanted, the guy working gave us his suggestions and we rolled with it. Seriously, THE BEST DAIQUIRIS I have EVER HAD. I don't know what else was used in making this, but they definitely use a sweet cream mixture to step it up a notch. Make sure you try the key lime pie one. You won't be disappointed. Also, smart man working the bar. He only offered large and extra large. I couldn't resist the XL. I mean, it's Texas and everything is bigger and better here. Unfortunately we were there during the day so couldn't experience the sweet outside setup. Would've been dope to chill in the swinging chairs listening to some live music. But alas, I will be returning in May. And will 100% book my cart rental in advance and stay for the entertainment.

We have rented from Brons for years. This year was a completely different experience then any other. When we got our 1st cart it was going so slow we were getting passed by other carts. Then it finally broke down and when I called to let them know it had broken down the guy that answered informed me that he was asleep and could come deal with it the next day unless it was an emergency. I told him I would try to start it again to drive it back to Bron's. The next morning I got the cart going and drove it back to Bron's to switch it out. They gave us a nasty rusted cart and when I asked about the nicer cart they side it was slower and we wouldn't want it. The cart was super jerky and had a hard time going. We were super disappointed. I paid $572.51 in total for 3 days! They literally charged me $20 for not paying in cash? Who the hell would pay that in cash especially if you have to have a card on file. I will never use Bron's again especially with all of the other great cart places around here.
