took my car for hail damage, insurance paid for a new roof and repainting the hood well brondes didn't replace the roof they tried to pull the dents and didn't get them all they then messed up the trim on the sunroof and said the insurance company will have to pay them again to fix it. the insurance company already paid them over 10k and brondes decided to cut corners and they should be held for insurance fraud. I guess I will have to file a small claims case against them. DONT GO TO BRONDES Ford

PlEASE do yourself a favor. DO NOT GO HERE!! Imagine buying a car where the heat does not work. Took it back and they always keep it for over a week. Two heater cores later still no heat. Now, they want me to pay for labor because they told me to bring the vehicle in right after the 12 mo.. the way I see it, it's been an ongoing problem so the 12 months should not mater. Then called me a liar because miles were put on the vehicle. I do not have the luxury to NOT drive a vehicle without heat!!!! BRONDES DO THE RIGHT THING! FIX THE VEHICLE SO THE CHILDREN IN IT HAVE HEAT!!!!

This should be the only dealer you should buy a Ford from in Toledo. If not then you should give them a try. Family owned, third generation, the Brondes Family has been in Toledo since the early 1900's. Honest and dependable, they give you good down home reception and service. Friendly and Knowledgeable consultants will advise you on your purchase.

Brondes Ford is a 3 rd generation family owned dealership. If you live in Toledo or the surrounding area, you should go to no other Ford Dealer. They have the best selection and believe me they will treat you great.

This review is more on the sales staff in the service. I've had minor service work done on my vehicles here with no problem. I've also purchased over 12 vans for my company from this location. I've always just settle for mediocre to below mediocre sales staff. You would think with the volume of vehicles I purchased I would get more timely responses and a more accurate information. I've since been buying my vehicles at Matthews Ford where I'm actually appreciated. And I also find out that they're charging $700 more for the same extended warranty that is offered at other dealerships. That's money going straight in their pocket. Lessons learned.

Front desk lady (Diana) was an absolute hell, very unprofessional, and uneducated. Not a single sign of respect. Has no clue what she's doing, and yells at you for her frustration.

This dealership is listed as closed? It's not. I was there today and bought a car and it was definitely not closed. I found a car on the internet that I was interested in that was listed as being on their lot. I called their main line number... the guy who answered... the receptionist?? was totally knowledgeable about what they have on their lot. He even spoke to the specs of the car! And he was not reading a script. He knew what he was talking about. Helpful and totally friendly is how I would describe the people who work here.
