Broad View Eye Center

Rude at front desk. Turned us away for a simple adjustment for glasses. Said they were too busy to help us. Will never go back to this location.

This is based on my experience. My frames broke and my wife had been here so off I went. Big, huge, mistake I went to pick up the glasses told the young lady " things seem blurry" with the new pair, her response " your eyes will need to adjust to the new lenses" ...ok. So four weeks later everything is still blurry, so I return, they do their eye thing and make adjustments and have to make new lenses because they didn't do them right the first time. So Its the same prescription that is in the prescription sunglasses I have that they used as a base for my new glasses. So today (5/31/2022) two weeks later I call and check on the lenses ( 9:45 AM) and at 4:00 pm I still haven't heard from anyone, so I call, the response I get " they're not ready yet" ... well thanks for the follow up. If these aren't the correct lenses I'll suck it up and just go somewhere else done with these people. The reason for the two stars, there office is really nice. Time to try Pearl Vision or the Owl.

My whole family and I go to Dr. Scott at broad view eye center! We love her and this doctor office! They are so kind, friendly, helpful and feel like family! The technology is up to date & they are always on the same page with each other. My husband needed to get in right away for an eye issue and they were very accommodating and got him in same day! We love Dr. Scott and her staff!!

After struggling for a number of years to find an eye doctor that was able to accommodate my vision issues, I was finally able to find relief with Dr. Kosunick. She not only helped me to find lenses that correct my vision, but diagnosed a critical vision issue in my sister who suffers from Crohn's disease - preventing her from losing her vision. Dr. Kosunick is amazing with her patients and goes above and beyond to make sure that they leave her office satisfied. Not only do they provide excellent medical care, but a large selection of designer frames at competitive prices. I carry two different insurance plans and they accept and bill both directly - eliminating the hassle of my having to pay out of pocket. Thank you Broadview Eye for making my day (and vision!) a little easier!

I highly recommend making an appointment with Dr. Kosunick and stopping in to visit their new showroom - you can't beat the selection of frames or the quality and they standby their frames with their own in house warranty on top of the manufacturers!

Picked up my replacement glasses today. It's not IF a place makes a mistake, it's HOW they handle the issue...My glasses are perfect! LOVE this place. Well done

My husband and i both go here and I highly recommend any of their doctors. The staff is funny, friendly and helpful. Even pre-Covid the offices were antiseptic, always very clean.

I go here for my eye care. The doctors are nice and personable. To be honest, I get my prescription and go online to get my glasses because it is way cheaper to get it there. But, as a clinic they are very professional and convenient.

Excellent doctors, staff and selection. They have premium products and technology that create excellent eyewear. Ask about rebates for their annual supply of contact lenses. They have excellent selections for both adults and children.

My experience began very positively. I was calling around to various eye doctors looking for one who would deal with my specific needs. The receptionist here was the first one in basically the entire county that was knowledgeable about my situation. When there was something she didn't know she had the doctor herself call me back in under two hours.

After a pleasant and reassuring conversation with the doctor I made myself an appointment for about a week later at which time my good experience continued. I saw (and spoke with on the phone) Dr. Scott. When I was in the office she and her staff were pleasant and worked more efficiently as a team than any eye doctor's office I had ever been to. Even though I was getting soft contacts for the very first time I was out in less than 60 minutes.

The office is a very spacious and comfortable space in a nice shopping center in Broadview Heights. Perhaps leave a bit of time to get here on time for evening appointments as the one lane road 82 can back up a bit. There is a Keurig coffee machine to use to make your wait more pleasant.
