Visited Greenport for me and my girlfriend's anniversary, stopped here for some drinks and pizza not expecting too much and were honestly blown away. The owner helped us out in picking cocktails based on our likes and dislikes and they all turned out amazing. The pizza was delicious with many different topping options and you could tell they were made fresh. This place is an awesome little spot in Greenport and I cannot recommend enough.
*Ps: mashed potatoes, bacon and caramelized onions on a white pie...just trust meHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Mike F.Merrick, NY1423Apr 23, 2024
This could be the most disgusting hole in the wall basement bar in NY
The place smells like a prison
Urine and beer are the most prevailing oder. The drinks are all watered down
And the service sucks
The bartender is to busy spewing radical political drivel to serve patrons
So many better choices in GreenportHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Charles V.Southold, NY016Apr 18, 2024
Best mixed drinks on Long Island and the pizza is up there with the best. If you like garlic, try the Red Pie with extra garlic and no cheese.

Service was great! They were so nice and accommodating. Drinks were good but Pizza really hit the spot. Small place, but worth taking a chance on.

Delish food and meatballs. Wish I didn't have to throw my coat and bag on the ground to use the bathroom though.

Phenomenal drinks. Great pizza. Wonderful service. Certainly a jewel in the heart of Greenport.

My wife and I went to Greenport for the weekend and we heard Brix & Rye was a must. We couldn't find it for a while as it is hidden, which is very cool. We sat down Saturday night for dinner and WOW. We are from the New York/CONN and have had all the top pizza places from Sally's to John's of Bleekers. I have to be honest. Brix might have had the best pizza I have ever had in my life. The pizza was top tier, the vibe was AWESOME. You must go to this establishment.

After an afternoon of visiting some of the North Fork's wineries for my birthday, my wife and I hit Greenport and decided to try the funky Brix & Rye for dinner. We weren't disappointed in this dark, cozy, romantic speakeasy-type pizza and cocktails joint. Yes, pizza and cocktails, two of my favorite things to consume, and consume them we did! The lights are low (you might need your phone's flashlight to read the menu, as we did) but that adds to the ambience. The service was awesome, our host made sure we were comfy and well taken care of. The cocktail list is superb and imaginative (very Brooklyn), but I went with a classic, a stellar mai tai (Trader Vic's 1944 style). Authentic and amazing. For pizzas, my wife and I split the house margarita and Italian Scallion, both were delicious. Will be back for more drinks and pizzas next time we are out East.

We are staying in Greenport for the weekend- and tried this place on a Sunday night. It was packed with locals, which is always a good sign. For drinks I had the Red Letter and my husband had the Banana's Justino. Both were great. We split the arugula salad and the speciality red pie. Overall, the food was great and the servers are friendly.
