I have personally known Brian for 30 plus years and so honored to be working with him again. There are no words that can explain his understanding of each of our client's needs. There is no price gouging no lack of his abilities to accomplish the smallest to the largest cases.
Thank You Brian!

I would not recommend Brian DeAmicis. If I could give a zero star review, I would. He charged for reviewing details of the case but did not retain the information. He seemed confused on more than one occasion. He also misled us on a statute of limitations against the contractor. Brian could not remember that I was a paralegal by profession, even though we had discussed the client I referred to him and how he took that case all the way to trial. He also told us California only rules on statutes, not case law. The real estate contract in dispute was written and regulated in accordance with California statutes and common law (cited right in the code). I feel this opinion of his helped misguided us. I told another California attorney Brian's opinion, and he couldn't believe it. Brian referred to me as a real estate agent in one conversation. I have never been a real estate agent. Did he forget our previous conversations? It just shows his lack of attention to detail. He billed us to review documents but was confused about who was who was in more than one conversation. He drafted a letter that I provided a template for and added critical errors. He was asked not to mail it until we reviewed it, but he did anyway. He blamed timing, but it was him that waited to read the email for almost a week. He mailed the letter with his erros and charged us for it. The last error he made was telling the contractor's insurance company we live in Montana, another example of his lack of attention. He will charge you for his errors. He did us. He became very delayed in responding, irritable and confused, so we were forced to hire a new lawyer at the last minute. Essentially, we paid double what we should have because we could not rely on this pattern of lack of service. We hired someone else, and they had to review the same documents in order to defend our case. A total waste of money. Look elsewhere.

This attorney must be hurting for money. We hired Brian not knowing that every call he makes to you or you make to him he charges you. So if he calls you and you talk to him for five minutes or less its a minimum charge of $86 dollars. Any call over 30 minutes is $167 and if you talk for an hour its $335 . He's trying to sue me for $3000 for phone calls on top of what i had already paid him. He has been the worst attorney that has ever represented me in court-so unprepared! So be careful with the unexpected costs. I would NEVER HIRE HIM AGAIN OR REFER HIM TO ANYBODY!
