I agree with all the poor reviews, I was a manager there for a year. I did my best for the team, but I also was overworked and underappreciated. There has been a large amount of turnover due to upper management not listening to the hands-on workers nor of their lower management. They viewed travel nurse staff as more important than providing bonuses/overtime to current staff whom actually really valued the care provided to the staff. The management team consistently tells someone to do something, yet turn around and do it the incorrect way they just told their staff not to. terrible examples of leaders, Hinch why no one wants to follow them. Too many incompetent managers and too many managers in general. lots of curruption and favoritism is what moves you up the ranks. And mistakes are often swept under the rug instead of addressed when needed. I would not recommend any of my peers, nor elders to live or work in this facility anymore. Its sad how they view patient and employee care now.

This place is a joke. Overpriced living. They lie about it all the time. Raise the fees to pay their top people while undercutting everyone else. The heath Center has a 70% turnover rate. Not to mention the number of residents that have wondered out of the medical facility due to generic staff leaving doors cracked open to smoke. They will fire or let employees go to fill the pockets of the office staff and screw you over on any unemployment you try and get. They paid the unemployment scammers off knowing their staff still worked there. Putting those members in the fraud list and getting them denied benefits. They spend tons of money and brag about it, while raising fees, and cutting good workers out of the picture. You are better off leaving your family member in the care of a homeless person then with these fools.

Worth a look for you or your parents. Understand your rate plans before you sign! People who live here enjoy their life. Do not want to say much so I do not tip off towards my connection but do not work here. Central locations with good access for medical.

Agree with Sam. DO NOT work here. Terribly meager pay, no insight, and no appreciation. For a "non profit", they DO care an awful lot about the bottom line only.
