Great prices, beautiful selection, website payment took one star away but I gave up and called. Excellent customer service and that way was fast. Will definitely use them again.

My daughter ordered flower's for me this mother's day online. She picked an arrangement that was 22.95 then 7. 00 for deliver per website and confirmation email. She called at 10 am to make sure they received order and to ask if be delivered on or before 1pm. They said yes. They called to confirm payment said it was $35 now.. I called to ask why 35 they said delivery was 12 tiday, I said no their website said 7 and confirmation and they needed to honor that she did, I also confirmed 1 o'clock delivery they said "Yes" 1 came nothing so I called they said they left 20 minutes ago so I was OK I waited, 1:30 nothing so my daughter called ( who is 13) they started to talk about payment then said driver made a delivery then should be there. I got on phone to confirm she was not getting charged twice, worker got very anger I told her to just cancel flowers and she actually yelled F*** off to me.
As a business person one customer is always right second you do not say F*** off...
I am extremely upset my young daughter was too all she wanted to do is have a special day and they ruined it for her..
