Nice place friendly staff very knowledgeable about a rare bike with great service fix my bike with no problems

The staff at Trek was super helpful throughout the process of my order. I ordered online and the bike was shipped to the shop where they put it together for me. Once it was done, I was able to pick it up and be out of the shop in about 3 mins. They offered to help with anything that may come up with the bike in the future and I left feeling like they meant it. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a bike now or in the future.

This place is amazing! The customer service, especially from Ellie, was awesome. My bike had been sitting in storage and I had no desire to ride. I brought it in for a new seat post, and we ended up tuning up my bike as well as helped accessorize. Now I'm so excited to ride. I think everything was very reasonably priced and the service was super fast and friendly. They take care of their customers and don't nickel and dime you. Seriously I am a novice bike rider so it was nice to find a place that hooked it up without taking advantage of someone with minimal bike knowledge. Thanks very much!

Just tried getting a bike here, and the overall demeanor of the staff who waited on me was extremely uncomfortable. Very aggressive approach and overly rehearsed spiel from beginning to end. Condescending as well, not a relaxed vibe at all. If you're not an avid member of cyclist culture, go somewhere else.

So helpful! I had gotten a bike and built it myself during quarantine. Trek fixed my bike and made it better than when I had finagled it together! I know next to nothing about bikes and not once did I feel judged or like I was being swindled. Alvin even showed me what was going to be fixed and why. And got fitted for a helmet! Will always take my bike back there!

Taylor is a bad a$$ at what he does in that shop(not that im neglecting anyone else. I've seen the caliber of bike you carry and it's a wish list I'll never cross off). He's known my name and helped me out asap to get back on the road everytime I didn't have the tool in my hip pouch. Ben carried out the transaction within minutes and I was on my way to another assigned job for delivery in minutes. Bring a six pack of micro, donuts, ramen even, if they work with you cuz if you don't bring cash tip you'll be disappointed in yourself for not taking care for these homies - at least leave a review and THEN go back and hook em up. Fam

In this crazy time of Covid-19 restrictions I want to give a shoutout to a great local resource. This LBS has amazing staff and perseverance. After being totally gutted by looters in early June, the shop is now back. They have it all again, great bikes, lots of gear and amazing service. I especially want to highlight Phil who has tuned my bike perfectly. He is there to make things work for you, quickly, efficiently and personally. Welcome back Trek Center City!
